Product Overview
The Ambient Weather RAINSPIKE Universal Bird Spike Kit is designed to protect weather station rain gauges from birds. Birds often nest in high locations, making rain gauges an attractive target. This easy-to-mount kit provides a barrier to deter birds from landing on the rain gauge, preventing damage.

Installation Instructions
- Use gloves to install the bird spike kit to avoid injury.
- Wrap the pre-sized bird spike and adjustable band around the top of the rain gauge, as shown in Figure 1.
- Tighten the adjustable band around the rain gauge until secure.
- Bend the bird spike strips up to prevent birds from landing on the rain gauge.
