Safety Information

Installation Requirements:

• Maintain a minimum distance of 45 cm from the hob surface to the hood.
• Ensure proper ventilation and electrical connections as per local regulations.
• Two people may be required for safe installation.

Parts Included

The following parts are typically included:

• Hood unit
• Mounting hardware (screws and wall plugs)
• Filter (W)

Installation Steps

1. Preparation: Identify the mounting location and mark the positions for drilling based on the provided dimensions. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and suitable for the weight of the hood.
2. Drilling: Drill holes for the mounting brackets using the specified drill bit sizes (e.g., Ø 12 mm for A1, Ø 8 mm for A2). Insert wall plugs if necessary.
3. Mounting Brackets: Securely attach the mounting brackets to the wall using the provided screws.
4. Attaching the Hood: Carefully lift and position the hood onto the mounting brackets. Secure the hood in place using the designated screws.
5. Filter Installation: Install the filter (W) into the designated compartment. Ensure it is correctly seated.
6. Final Checks: Verify that the hood is securely mounted and all connections are correct.
