Getting Started
Install the Companion App
To unlock the full functionality of your smartwatch, you need to install the companion mobile application. You can do this by scanning the provided QR code (QR codes are excluded from this HTML output) or by searching for "V Band" in your mobile device's app store (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other major Android application markets).
System Requirements

First Use and Connection
Follow these steps to set up your watch for the first time:
- Open the mobile application on your smartphone.

Audio Bluetooth Connection
For making calls and listening to music, a separate audio Bluetooth connection is required. Using the Watch
Charging and Powering On/Off
Charging: Before first use, ensure the watch is fully charged. Align the magnetic charging head with the charging port on the watch until the charging icon appears. Use a 5V charging head for continuous charging for 2-3 hours. After charging, remove the cable to prevent magnetic attraction to metal objects.
Powering On: In the shutdown state, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The watch will also automatically turn on when charging.
Powering Off: When the watch is on, long press the power button to bring up the shutdown interface and select shutdown. Alternatively, from the main interface, navigate to Settings ⚙️ > System Settings > Shut down.
Interface Navigation
The watch interface can be navigated using touch gestures and buttons:
- Brightness Adjustment: Click the brightness adjustment icon, then use '+' to increase and '-' to decrease brightness.
- Do Not Disturb Mode: Enter this mode to turn it on or off. The time period for Do Not Disturb can be set in the mobile APP.
- Music Playing Interface: Swipe right from the main interface.
- Message Interface: Swipe up.
- Shortcut Interface: Swipe down. This interface provides quick access to functions like flashlight, brightness adjustment, Do Not Disturb, audio Bluetooth toggle, and find phone.

Settings and System Menu
Access the main settings interface by swiping down to the shortcut interface and tapping the settings icon ⚙️. From here, you can:
- Theme Selection: Choose different watch face themes.
- Bright Screen Settings: Adjust screen brightness and timeout.
- System Settings: Access options like Reboot, Shutdown, and view device information (e.g., VERSION: MVxVZ.8 YKL, MAC ADDRESS, Firmware version V3.5, Bluetooth last four digits). Note: Bluetooth ID may differ between models.
- Style Switching: Change display styles.
- Phone Search Interface: Initiate a search for your connected phone.
Key Interfaces
The watch provides dedicated interfaces for various functions:
Step Counter Interface
Displays the total number of steps counted and calories burned for the day. This data can also be viewed in the mobile APP.
Heart Rate Interface
Monitors and displays the wearer's heart rate in real-time. The measurement automatically stops after 60 seconds. Data is viewable in the mobile APP.
Blood Pressure Interface
Measures and displays blood pressure. It is important to remain still during measurement and avoid pressing buttons. The measurement will stop if the interface is switched. Data is viewable in the mobile APP.
Body Temperature Interface
Tap the body temperature icon to begin measurement. The result is displayed upon successful measurement. The unit can be switched in the APP. Note: For accurate readings, the watch must be in close contact with the skin, and the sensor fully covered. Data is for reference only.
- If body surface temperature is higher than 37.3°C, an orange warning is displayed.
- If body surface temperature exceeds 38.5°C, a red warning with vibration is displayed.
- If body surface temperature is lower than 32°C, "LO" is displayed.
- If body surface temperature is higher than 43°C, "HI" is displayed.
Music Interface
Control music playback on your connected smartphone. Functions include play/pause, previous song, and next song.
Information Push
Receive notifications for text messages, WeChat, and other instant messaging services from your mobile phone. Ensure the corresponding prompt switch is enabled in the mobile APP's "Settings" > "Notification Configuration".
Blood Oxygen Interface
Measure blood oxygen levels. Keep still during measurement. Data is viewable in the mobile APP. Data is for reference only.
Sleep Interface
Displays your total sleep time from the previous night. The watch automatically enters sleep mode after 21:00 if sleep is detected.
Call Interface
Quickly search contacts from your phone's address book and recent call list, or dial directly. Requires audio Bluetooth connection.
Contact Interface
Displays contacts synchronized from your mobile phone. Additions, modifications, and deletions made on the phone will sync to the watch (manual synchronization via APP may be required).
Call Records
View incoming, outgoing, and missed call records. Requires Bluetooth connection.
Language Setting Interface
Set the watch's display language or choose to follow your phone's system language. Supported languages include: Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Polish, Malaysian Thai Indonesian, Vietnamese, Hebrew, Turkish, Korean.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Cannot find the bracelet during pairing? Ensure Bluetooth is on, the phone is within 0.5 meters of the bracelet, and within 10 meters after pairing. Check if the bracelet has power.
- Bluetooth connection fails occasionally? Try restarting your mobile phone's Bluetooth or the phone itself.
- How to restore factory settings? Connect to the phone, then in the app, go to "my-band management" and select "restore factory settings".
- How to update firmware? Connect to the phone, go to "Bracelet Management" in the app, and select "Firmware Upgrade".
- Sound becomes smaller after swimming/washing hands? Water droplets may affect the sound hole. The sound should return to normal after shaking water out with the sound hole facing down.
