Part Numbers: LB-HP-W-2 Package Contents: - High Power Driving Light Bar (1) - Mounting Bracket (1) - 4MM Allen Wrench (1) - M5 x .8 x10 Bolt (2) - M5 x .8 Nut (2) Fits: 06-17 Harley Davidson Dyna with 49 mm front ends, 00-17 Softail with 41 mm front ends. Additional fitments when using LB-HP-BRACKET (Sold Separately) 87-21 Sportster, 99-05 Dyna and 87-95 FXR models with 39mm narrow glide front ends. ATTENTION Please read all Information below before Installation Warning: Disconnect negative battery cable from battery; refer to owner's manual. Failure to do so may result in electrical shock, injury, or fire. Secure negative battery cable away from positive side of battery and all other positive voltage sources on vehicle. Safety First: Always wear appropriate safety gear including safety glasses when performing any electrical work. It is highly recommended that safety glasses be worn throughout this installation process. Be sure vehicle is on level surface, secure and cool. Important: This product is designed and intended for use as auxiliary lighting only. It is NOT intended to replace any original equipment lighting installed on the vehicle and should not be used for that purpose. This product must be wired so that it does not interfere with any original equipment lighting. Note: Off-road use only. Always check federal, state, and local laws before modifying your motorcycle. Installation: 1. Remove the seat and battery side cover. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Refer to your owner's manual if unsure of the process. 2. Protect the front fender with a towel or fender cover to prevent damage to the painted surface during installation. 3. Locate the headlight mounting bolt underneath the bottom triple tree. Install the Driving light bar bracket on the triple tree by reinstalling the OEM headlight mounting bolt. Refer to Photo 1. 5. Insert the provided nuts into the slots on the back of the High Power Driving Light bar. Install the High Power Driving light bar onto the bracket using the provided mounting bolts. Do not fully tighten, thread until snug. Reference Photo 2. 6. If using with our LB-HARN-UNV (sold separately) installation harness, Connect the High Power Driving Light Bar wiring harness to the LB-HARN-UNV harness after it is installed and skip to Step 7. 7. If hardwiring to the bike, Cut the plug and 3 play JAE connector from the Driving Light bar. Strip back the wires and connect the Red to a switched +12vdc fused power source. Connect the Black to a negative ground. 8. Reconnect the battery negative cable. Reinstall the seat and battery side cover. 9. Adjust the Driving Light bar and tighten the screws to secure in place.
