1 Safety Precautions
- During the installation and use of the equipment, all electrical safety regulations of the country and region of use must be strictly observed.
- Please use the power adapter that comes standard with this product.
- Please do not connect multiple devices to the same power adapter (exceeding the capacity of the adapter may generate excessive heat or cause a fire).
- Do not rotate head of the camera by hand, otherwise it may cause mechanical failure.
- When installing this product on a wall or ceiling, secure the device securely. When installing, make sure that there are no obstacles within the rotation range of the gimbal; do not turn on the power until all installations are completed.
- To avoid heat build-up, keep ventilation around the device smooth.
- If the device emits smoke, smells, or makes noises, please turn off the power immediately and unplug the power cord, and contact the dealer in time.
- This device is not waterproof, please keep the device dry.
- This product has no user serviceable parts, damage caused by disassembly by the user is not covered by the warranty.

Connections Diagram:
The diagram shows the rear panel of the camera with various ports labeled: DC 12V IN, LAN, HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB 3.0, RS232 OUT, RS232 IN, RS485, SYSTEM SELECT, LINE IN, LINE OUT. It also shows connections to a Computer, TV, VCR, Routers or Switches, Speaker Microphone, etc. via supplied and not supplied cables.
3 Quick Start
- Connect the power adapter to the power connector on the rear panel of the camera. The power indicator on the front panel of the camera is on.
- After the camera is powered on, it starts to initialize, right up to the limit position, and then both horizontal and vertical go to the middle position, the motor stops running, and the initialization is completed. (Note: If preset 0 is saved, PTZ will be move to preset 0)

5.4 Dimension

5.5 Installation
The manual provides diagrams for both Wall-Mount and Ceiling-Mount installations. These diagrams illustrate the steps involved in attaching the camera using mounting brackets and screws.
Note: The installation diagram is for reference only. The brackets and screws are not standard. For packing accessories, please refer to the actual product.
5.6 Remote Control
The manual details the functions of each button on the remote control:
- 1. Standby Key: Press to enter standby mode.
- 2. Number Key: Press to set preset or call preset.
- 3. * Key: Use with other keys.
- 4. PRESET Key: Set preset: [PRESET] + Number key (0-9).
- 5. HOME Key: Confirm selection or press to turn PTZ back to the middle position.
- 6. Return Key: Press to return to the previous menu.
- 7. ZOOM Key: SLOW: Zoom In [+] or Zoom Out [-] slowly; FAST: Zoom In [+] or Zoom Out [-] fast.
- 8. L/R SET Key: Standard: Simultaneously press L/R SET + 1; Reverse: Simultaneously press L/R SET + 2.
- 9. FOCUS Key: Auto/Manual/Far/Near focus.
- 10. CAMERA SELECT Key: Press to select and control the camera.
- 11. # Key: Use with other keys.
- 12. IR Remote Control Key: Used for setting camera addresses (1-4) using combinations of [*], [#], and function keys [F1]-[F4].
- 13. RESET Key: Clear preset position: [RESET] + Number key (0-9).
- 14. PTZ Control Key: Arrows indicate PTZ movement direction.
- 15. MENU Key: Press to enter or exit OSD Menu.
- 16. BACKLIGHT Key: Backlight ON/OFF: Press repeatedly to enable or disable the backlight compensation.
- 17. P/T RST (PTZ Reset) Key: PTZ starts to self-test after pressed it.
Shortcut Set: Provides shortcuts for OSD menu language, displaying IP address, recovering default settings, viewing camera version, setting up inversion, and restoring default IP address.
6 GUI Settings
6.1 Menu
Press the [MENU] key to display the main menu. Use the arrow keys to navigate and [HOME] key to enter sub-menus. The menu includes options for ENG/中文, AI MODE, Video Format, Style, Exposure, Color, Image, Display, PTZ Setting, Version, and Default.
- ENG/中文: Selects between English and Chinese language.
- AI MODE: Options include Off, Single Track, Frame Track, Demo Mode.
- Video Format: Lists supported resolutions and frame rates (e.g., 1080P60, 720P50).
- Style: Options include Default, Cold, Warm, Clear, Soft, User1, User2, User3.
6.2 Exposure
This section details the exposure settings:
- AE: Auto, Manual, Iris Priority, Shutter Priority, Bright Priority.
- Flicker: Off, 50Hz, 60Hz.
- Expcomp Mode: On, Off.
- Expmode: -7~7.
- Backlight: On, Off.
- Bright: 0~99.
- Gain Limit: 0~32.
- Iris: F1.8 to F11, Off.
- Shutter: 1/30s to 1/10000s.

7 WEB Settings
7.1 Access Camera
Access the camera via a web browser at http://192.168.100.88. Login with default credentials (username: admin, password: admin). The interface displays real-time monitoring, video image, audio, system, network, NDI®, and information sections.
7.2 Control Camera
The interface includes a video viewing window and parameter setup with function buttons. Users can control Pan, Tilt, Zoom, and Focus. Presets can be saved and recalled. The language can be selected from English, Chinese, or Russian.
7.3 Video Settings
Configure video stream settings:
- Frac Rate: On/Off.
- Encode Level: Baseline, mainprofile, highprofile, svc-t.
- Encode Protocol: H.264, H.265.
- Resolution: Supports various resolutions for first and second streams. Higher resolution provides clearer images but uses more bandwidth.
- Bit Rate: User can specify the bit rate for image clarity.
- Frame Rate: User can specify the frame rate for smoother motion.
- I Key Frame Interval: Sets the interval between I frames.
- Bit Rate Control: CBR (Constant Bit Rate) or VBR (Variable Bit Rate).
- Slice Split Enable: Enable or disable slice split function.
- Slice Size: Set the size of the slice.
7.4 Image Settings
Adjust image parameters:
- Brightness: 0~99.
- Saturation: 0~200.
- Contrast: 0~99.
- Sharpness: 0~99.
- Hue: 0~99.
- Flip: On/Off.
- Mirror: On/Off.
7.5 Audio Settings
Configure audio settings:
- Audio Switch: On/Off.
- Audio Type: AAC.
- Sample Rate: 32K, 48K.
- Bit Rate: 96K, 128K, 256K.
- Input Type: LINE IN, MIC.
- Input Vol L: Volume for the left channel.
- Input Vol R: Volume for the right channel.
7.6 System Settings
- Reboot: Restarts the system.
- Username and Password: Allows modification of the password.
7.7 Network Settings
Configure network settings:
- IP Configuration Type: Manual or DHCP.
- IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, DNS Address, MAC Address: Configure network parameters.
- NTP Settings: Set NTP Time Zone, Server Address, Time Show, Subtitle Display, and Subtitle Content.
- Port Settings: Configure HTTP Port, RTSP Port, TCP Port, UDP Port, and Sony Visca port.
7.8 NDI® Settings
- NDI® HB: Turn On/Off NDI®|HB.
- NDI License: Displays NDI License verification results.
- Server IP: Set NDI® Server IP address.
- Group Name: Set NDI® Group Name.
- Key: Set NDI® Key.
- NDI® Firmware Version: Displays NDI® Firmware Version.
7.9 Device Information
Displays device information such as Device ID, Device Type, Software Version, Webware Version, and Device Serial Number.
7.10 Download Upgrade Program
Contact the manufacturer for the camera upgrade program.

8 Troubleshooting
Image Issues
- No Image: Check power supply, voltage, power indicator. Turn off power switch to check self-testing. Verify video platform and TV cable connections.
- Jittery Video Image: Ensure camera position is stable. Check for vibrating machinery or objects near the camera.
- No Video Image in Browser: For IE browsers, install the VLC plug-in from www.videolan.org. Other browsers support H5 and do not require the plug-in.
Control Issues
- Remote Control Not Working: Check remote controller battery. Verify camera working mode and remote control address.
- Serial Port Not Controlling: Ensure camera protocol, address, and baud rate match. Check control line connection.
Browser Access Issues
- Unable to Access Camera: Test network connectivity. Eliminate network faults caused by PC viruses. Disconnect and reconnect the camera and PC, reset PC IP address. Check camera IP address, subnet mask, and gateway settings. Check for MAC address conflicts. Verify the web port (default is 80).
- Forget IP Address or Login Password: Default IP: 192.168.100.88; Default Username: admin; Default Password: admin.
