Unpack

Easy: take your mattress or topper out of the box and remove the outer plastic. Do
not use the knife for this!

Place the still-compressed
mattress already at it's proper

Cut the vacuum pack open with the knife. Your mattress will now take it's original shape.

The hardest part: wait 6 hours until your first nap. That's how long your mattress or topper needs to get settled.

Ventilation
Both your room and your mattress or topper need fresh air. Make it a ritual to open your window every morning and put your duvet at your foot end. This way you can optimally ventilate your zwoong® on a daily basis.
Turn around
Turn the foot and head of your mattress 4 times a year to redistribute the weight. For the topper, you can also change the top and bottom. The rotation of your mattress or topper is very important to ensure its durability. Do you easily forget to do this? Put a recurring reminder in your phone's calendar or do this every time the seasons change.
Zwoong® Comfort, Deluxe & Topper Wash the cover about annually or whenever you feel it is necessary.
Zwoong® Hotel Because of the integrated topper, the cover of the Zwoong® Hotel mattress is not removable or washable. Ventilating the mattress is therefore very important. Stains can be removed from the mattress with a light soap and water soak and a soft sponge.
Zwoong® Bamboo Wash the cover about annually or when you feel it is necessary.
Vacuum cleaning
Although the cover of your zwoong® is anti-allergic, it never hurts to vacuum both your mattress or topper and bedroom regularly. Preferably use a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter and work with a clean brush.

Zowel je kamer als je matras of topper hebben frisse lucht nodig. Maak er een ritueel van om elke ochtend je raam te openen en je dekbed aan je voeteinde te leggen. Zo kan je je zwoong® dagelijks optimaal verluchten.
Zwoong® Comfort, Deluxe & Topper Was de hoes ongeveer jaarlijks of wanneer je dit zelf nodig lijkt.
Zwoong® Hotel Vanwege de geïntegreerde topper is de hoes van de zwoong® Hotel matras niet afritsbaar of wasbaar. Het ventilleren van de matras is hierdoor extra belangrijk. Vlekken kan je uit de matras halen door middel van een licht sopje van zeep en water en een zachte spons.
Omkeren
Wissel 4x per jaar het voet- en hoofdeinde van je matras om het gewicht terug te verdelen. Bij de topper kan je bovendien ook de boven- en onderkant verwisselen. Het draaien van je matras of topper is zeer belangrijk om de duurzaamheid ervan te garanderen. Vergeet je dit makkelijk? Zet een terugkerende herinnering in de agenda van je telefoon of doe dit elke keer wanneer de seizoenen wisselen.

Stofzuigen
Hoewel de hoes van je zwoong® anti-allergisch is, kan het nooit kwaad om zowel je matras of topper en slaapkamer regelmatig te stofzuigen. Gebruik bij voorkeur een stofzuiger met een HEPA filter en werk met een schone borstel.

Votre chambre et votre matelas ou surmatelas ont tous les deux besoin d'être ventiler. Faites-en une habitude: ouvrez votre fenêtre chaque matin et mettez votre couette à l'avant. Ainsi, vous pouvez ventiler votre zwoong® de manière optimale chaque jour.

Zwoong® Hotel En raison du surmatelas intégré, la housse du matelas Zwoong® Hotel n'est ni amovible, ni lavable. La ventilation du matelas est donc particulièrement importante. Les taches peuvent être enlevées du matelas avec un léger trempage à l'eau et au savon et une éponge douce.
Inverser
Changez le pied et la tête de lit de votre matelas 4 fois par an pour redistribuer le poids. Pour
le surmatelas, vous pouvez également modifier le haut et le bas. La rotation de votre matelas ou de votre surmatelas est très importante pour

Zwoong® Hotel Aufgrund des integrierten Toppers ist der Bezug der Zwoong® Hotelmatratze nicht abnehmbar oder waschbar. Die Belüftung der Matratze ist daher besonders wichtig. Flecken können mit einer leichten Seifenlauge und einem weichen Schwamm von der Matratze entfernt werden.
Umkehren
Wechseln Sie das Fuß- und Kopfteil Ihrer Matratze 4 Mal pro Jahr, um das Gewicht neu zu verteilen. Für den Topper können Sie auch die Ober- und Unterseite ändern unten. Die Drehung
