Information Notice on Eve Motionblinds
This notice provides information regarding ABB Connected Products, specifically Eve Motionblinds, in accordance with the Data Act (EU Regulation 2023/2854). All terms used herein have the same meaning as defined in the Data Act.

Details of the Connected Product and Product Data
Product data capabilities are characterised as 'Direct Access' when the Connected Product is used.

| Information on how to directly access and retrieve Product Data | Eve Motionblinds stores its data internally. It does not require an account or registration and does not have its own cloud. The Eve app (available for Apple or Android devices) can be used to save and view product data. Data can also be accessed through compatible Matter ecosystems such as Apple Home, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, or Amazon Alexa. |

Indirect Access to Product Data
In certain use applications, Product Data may be transferred to a 3rd party (defined as 'Indirect Access') when users access data through a compatible Matter ecosystem (e.g., Apple Home, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, Amazon Alexa). This is characterised as follows:
