- When using the mic function, the headset cable plug should be TRRS standard.
- If your USB-C device has a 3.5mm audio port, this adapter may not support calling. Such as Galaxy S9/S8/Note 9/Note 8/S10, iPad pro 11 ", iPad pro 12.9". For iPad Pro 2018, it can't support phone calls and music control.
- The correct way to install: First connect the headphone to the adapter, then connect it to the phone, which can avoid noise when the headset is connected.
