Notes: 1) Nominal active output power Pn is a nominal value defined by manufacturer. 2) PEmax is the highest 10-min mean of active power; P600 is the maximum active power peak (10 min average). 3) Due to spot testing, tests marked were not conducted. 4) Stated measurement result determined according to test 4.1.1, FGW TR 3 Rev. 25. The active power results for SUN2000-40KTL-M3 (400 V) can be applied to other variants and models by scaling.
Restrictions, Deviations, and Notes on Usage
- PGUs lack test terminals for on-site testing; a separate test terminal must be installed.
- PGUs do not have a display for protection settings; settings are checked remotely via WebUI or SUN2000 app. Authentic identification is via the device's serial number.
- Only one interface for specifying active power is implemented. Prioritization of setpoints must be handled at the plant level (e.g., in a superimposed PGS controller).
- Q-setpoint dynamics show gradient behavior and lack PT1 filtering effect.
- Q(U) control function deviates from VDE-AR-N 4110:2018-11 and VDE-AR-N 4120:2018-11 requirements. It can be used with voltage limitation but still deviates. These points require consideration during project planning and may need plant-level implementation.
- Default configurations may not meet reactive power requirements; permanent active power reduction might be necessary.
- For SUN2000-50KTL-M3, measurement results are available up to Pn, but operation is possible up to 55 kW. A limitation to Pn is required at the power plant level.
