⚠️ Problem 1: Multiple Connection Methods for Poseidon D50 Soundbar
Recommended connection order: HDMI ARC → Optical → AUX → Bluetooth → USB
HDMI ARC Connection
Steps:
- Check if the TV and soundbar are connected to the port marked "ARC" or "eARC". (Note: "HDMI IN" ports without ARC support are not compatible.)
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI IN (ARC) port on your TV.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI (ARC) port on your soundbar.

⚠️ Optical Connection

- Use a 3.5mm cord for the AUX cable.
- Ensure the AUX cable is not damaged.

⚠️ Bluetooth Connection

Connection is successful when you hear the voice prompt "connected".

⚠️ Problem 2: Poseidon D50 Wireless Subwoofer and Wired 2*Surround Speakers Connection
? Tips: If there is no sound or abnormal sound after connecting and pairing the subwoofer, try unplugging and restarting the subwoofer.
Connecting to Subwoofer and Surround Speakers
- Use the provided 6m RCA-RCA cables to connect the subwoofer and surround speakers. Match the color interfaces on the speakers with the corresponding ones on the subwoofer. Place the surround speakers accordingly.
- Connect the subwoofer to a power source using the power cable.

Subwoofer Pairing Method
The subwoofer is pre-paired with the soundbar by ULTIMEA. However, re-pairing may be necessary if there is no sound from the subwoofer.
Recommended placement: Pair the remote control close to the LED display of the main soundbar, and place the subwoofer next to the main soundbar.
Pairing Steps:
- Ensure both the main soundbar and the subwoofer are connected to power and turned on.
- Position the remote control approximately 1 foot away from the soundbar, pointing it towards the LED indicator.
- Long-press the "BASS M" button on the remote control for 5 seconds until the main soundbar displays a flashing "SUB".
- Long-press the "ON/OFF" button on the subwoofer for 5 seconds until its white indicator light flashes rapidly.
- Within approximately 5 seconds, the subwoofer's indicator light should stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.

Subwoofer Abnormal Working Problem

Bass Level Priority: BS 1 > BS 0 > BS -1 > BS -2 > BS -3
Surround Level Priority: SR 1 > SR 0 > SR -1
EQ Mode
In Movie, Dialogue, and Music modes, the display will show: "Eq01", "Eq02", and "Eq03" respectively.
Surround Level
Press to adjust the surround sound level. The display will show: "SR-1", "SR 0", or "SR 1".
- SR 1: Surround enhancement
- SR 0: Standard/Default surround
- SR -1: Surround reduction
Bass Level
Press to adjust the bass level. The display will show: "bS-3", "bS-2", "bS-1", "bS 0", or "bS 1".
- BS 1: Bass enhancement

Recommended Settings by Mode:
- Movie Mode:
- EQ Setting: Movie-Eq01 (for stronger audio effects, low or high frequencies enhancement).
- Bass: Set to BS -1 or BS 0 for good sound quality.

Method 1: HDMI CEC
Different TV brands have varying methods to enable CEC. Check if your TV supports the CEC function first.
Once enabled, you can control the soundbar's power (on/off) and volume using the TV remote control. This functionality is exclusive to HDMI connections.
Other connections like Optical, Bluetooth, AUX, and USB do not support HDMI CEC. For these, you must use the soundbar's remote control for volume and EQ adjustments.
Setting: Ensure CEC and PCM are enabled on your TV. (Example: Samsung TVs)

- Battery: Replace the battery in the remote control.
- Aiming: Point the remote directly at the center of the soundbar when pressing a button.
- Distance: If the distance between the remote and the main unit is too great, move them closer.
- Bluetooth Connection: If using a Bluetooth connection, some remote buttons might not be supported by the streaming application.

With the soundbar powered on, long-press the remote's mute button for 5 seconds to restore factory settings. The soundbar LED will display "RST".
⚠️ Problem 9: Low Volume
The maximum soundbar volume is 40.
- Try different audio sources.
- Compare other connection methods: HDMI ARC → Optical → Bluetooth.
- If connected via HDMI ARC: Ensure HDMI CEC and PCM are enabled. Then, increase the volume using the TV remote control.
⚠️ Problem 10: Intermittent Sound, Delayed Lag Problem
- For stable and lag-free performance, ensure Dolby Atmos is at least 40Mbps.
- Try playing local video files to check for intermittency.
- Confirm the connection method; recommended order is HDMI ARC → Optical → Bluetooth → AUX. If an interface issue is suspected, try a different connection method.
- Cable issues may occur; it is recommended to use an HDMI 2.0 standard cable or above.
