Betriebsanweisung des Elektrozaungerätes turbomax AN800

in Verbindung mit den Errichtungs- und Sicherheitshinweisen für Elektrozaungeräte SECURA ANIMAL oder SECURA SECURITY (www.horizont.com/securaanimal oder www.horizont.com/securasecurity)

Montage und Anschluss:

230V : Die Aufstellung erfolgt an einem nicht feuergefährdeten Ort,

der vor Witterungseinflüssen geschützt ist. Das Gerät ist

senkrecht anzubringen.

12V :

Das Gerät kann wahlweise an einer Wand oder einem soli-

den Pfahl montiert werden. Das Gerät ist senkrecht anzubrin-

gen. Das Gerät ist nur bei ordnungsgemäßer Montage gegen

Feuchtigkeit geschützt. Vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung

schützen. Gerät nicht auf dem Boden liegend betreiben.

230V / 12V :

Die Erdleitung wird an die Klemme mit dem Erdungszeichen ( ), die

Zaunleitung an die Klemme mit den Blitzzeichen ( ) angeschlossen.

Inbetriebnahme:

230V : Die Netzversorgung herstellen, nach 1 Sekunde beginnt

ein Leuchtdioden-und Warnsignaltest (LED 1 - 6, von links

nach rechts) - siehe Fig. 3. Nach diesem Test erlöschen

alle LEDs, ein akustisches Warnsignal ertönt und nach 1

Sekunde hört man ein gleichmäßiges Ticken, das Gerät ist in

Betrieb. Die Anzeige CONTROL (4) leuchtet grün.

12V :

Akkukabel mit Leitungsdose verbinden (Fig. 1a). Gerät an

12V Akku anschließen ( rot + / schwarz - ), dabei auf saube-

re Polklemmen und richtige Polarität achten. Nur aufladbare

12V-Blei-Batterien verwenden, Bleibatterien nur in gut belüf-

teten Räumen laden.

Schalter (Fig. 1b) drücken, nach 1 Sekunde beginnt ein Leuchtdioden-und

Warnsignaltest (LED 1 - 6, von links nach rechts) - siehe Fig. 3. Nach die-

sem Test erlöschen alle LEDs, ein akustisches Warnsignal ertönt und nach

1 Sekunde hört man ein gleichmäßiges Ticken, das Gerät ist in Betrieb. Bei

falscher Polarität läuft das Gerät nicht an.

Die Batterieanzeige (5) leuchtet:

Dauerlicht grün = Batterie / Akku gut

Blinklicht rot / grün = Batterie / Akku laden

Dauerlicht rot

= Batterie / Akku leer

das Gerät schaltet ab !

230V / 12V : Die 6 LEDs (1) zeigen die Zaunspannung in 1000V-Stufen an. Zur Hütesicherheit sollten min. 3 Lampen ( 3000V ) aufleuchten, andernfalls ist die Spannung zu gering. Mögliche Ursachen: a) mit Zaun: starker Bewuchs am Zaun, schlechte Isolatoren, Kurzschluss
an Metallpfählen oder Zaun zu lang. b) ohne Zaun: Gerät ist defekt, siehe Service.
Kombinierter Betrieb 230V + 12V : Das Elektrozaungerät wird an einen 12V-Akku und an das 230V-Netz angeschlossen. Bei Ausfall der 230V-Versorgung wird das Gerät aus dem Akku gespeist -> die Anzeige CONTROL (4) wechselt von grün auf rot.
ACHTUNG! Der Akku wird nicht automatisch durch das Elektrozaungerät nachgeladen
siehe Batterieanzeige (5) extern nachladen !

230V / 12V : Interner ALARM mit optischem und akustischem Warnsignal: Zaunberüh-
rung oder Veränderung des Widerstandswertes von einer Last >1000 Ohm zu einer Last <400 Ohm für die Dauer von mindestens 6 Impulsen, werden durch ein optisches ( LED 2 ) und akustisches Warnsignal bis zu einer Dauer von min. 10 Minuten angezeigt, auch wenn die Berührung länger dauert. Gleichzeitig wird die Taktrate für diesen Zeitraum aus Sicherheitsgründen auf min. 3 Sekunden erhöht. Steigt der Widerstandswert der Zaunanlage während der Alarmdauer an, endet der Alarm und die Taktrate liegt wieder im ursprünglichen Bereich. Das Warnsignal kann durch Baum- und Aststurz auf die Zaunanlage, Verschmutzung des Zaunsystems, Kurzschluss an Eisenpfählen, aber auch durch kontaktierende Körper etc. ausgelöst werden. Bei kontinuierlichem Alarm Gerät abschalten und Zaun zur Kontrolle ablaufen.

Der DELAY-Effekt:

Das Gerät mit diesem

Zeichen hat eine Verzögerungszeit von ca. 55 Sekunden, bevor eine Energie von mehr als 5

Joule abgegeben werden kann! Unter normalen Bedingungen arbeitet das Gerät mit optimaler Zaunspannung, aber mit redu-

zierter, ungefährlicher Energie unter 5 Joule. Fällt der Widerstandswert der Zaunanlage so stark ab, dass eine hütesichere

Zaunspannung nicht mehr gewährleistet ist, wird nach ca. 55 Sekunden die Energieabgabe erhöht.

Steigt der Widerstandswert der Zaunanlage wieder an, wird mit reduzierter und ungefährlicher Energie unter 5 Joule gearbeitet LED (3) = grün.

Eine erhöhte Energieabgabe kann an Zaunanlagen mit einem geringen Widerstandswert erwartet werden. Auch durch Niederschläge, Bewuchs, Baum- und Aststurz auf die Zaunanlage, Kurzschluss an Eisenpfählen oder durch kontaktierende Körper etc. kann eine erhöhte Energieabgabe ausgelöst werden.

Die Anzeige (3) leuchtet je nach Zaunzustand:

grün

= Standardimpuls

rot

= erhöhte Energieabgabe an den Zaun, z.B. bei einer Störung

Gestörter Betrieb: Um zu verhindern, dass unzulässige Energien an den Zaun abgegeben werden, besitzt das Gerät eine Taktfolgeüberwachung. Verringert sich die Taktfolgerate unter 1 Sekunde, schaltet das Gerät automatisch ab und die LED (6) leuchtet rot. Mögliche Ursachen: Blitzeinschläge, ständige Überschläge am Zaun, Gerätedefekt. Um den gestörten Betrieb rückgängig zu machen, Netzanschluss entfernen. Nach Wiedereinschalten muss die LED (6) erloschen sein, andernfalls das Gerät zur Reparatur einschicken.
Erdung: Eine gute Erdung des Zaunes ist äußerst wichtig für den einwandfreien Betrieb und die optimale Leistung des Gerätes, deshalb soll die Erdung an einer möglichst feuchten und bewachsenen Stelle vorgenommen werden. 3 Erdstäbe (1,5 m lang) einsetzen. Bei trockenem Boden und langem Zaun sollte ein zusätzlicher Erdleiter mit Zwischenerdern (alle 50m) am Zaun entlang verlegt werden.
Überprüfung der Erdung (Fig. 3): In ca. 50m Entfernung vom Weidezaungerät mit einem in den Boden geschlagenen Metallstab gegen den Weidezaundraht (kein Kunststoff) einen Kurzschluss verursachen. Das Weidezaungerät sollte nun nur noch maximal 2 Lampen (feuchter Boden) bzw. maximal 3 Lampen (trockener Boden) zum Aufleuchten bringen, im anderen Fall ist die Anzahl der Erdpfähle zu erhöhen.
Service: Reparaturen dürfen nur von qualifizierten Personen durchgeführt werden. Es sind nur die vom Hersteller vorgeschriebenen Ersatzbauteile zu verwenden. Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung dieses Gerätes beschädigt wird, muss sie durch eine besondere Anschlussleitung ersetzt werden, die vom Hersteller oder seinem Kundendienst erhältlich ist.

Installation and connection:

230V : The installation is to be made at a location protected from

weather and where there is no risk of fire. The energizer must

be mounted in a vertical position.

12V :

The controller can be mounted alternatively onto a wall or

a solid post. The energizer must be mounted in a vertical

position. The controller is water protected only when being

installed acc. the instructions. Prodect from bright sunshine.

Do not operate the energizer when laying on the ground.

230V / 12V : Connect the earth connection cable to the earth terminal ( ). Connect the fence connection cable to the fence terminal ( ).

Operating and control:

230V : Plug the mains cable in a 230 V supply socket. After 1 se-

cond starts a test of LEDs and warning signal (LED 1 - 6, left

to right) - see Fig. 3. After this test, LEDs 1-6 goes out and an

acoustic warning signal will be generated and after 1 second

a slight tic-tac can be heard. The unit operates. The indica-

tion CONTROL (4) is illuminated green.

12V :

Connect the battery cable to the socket (Fig. 1a). Connect the

controller to a 12V wet battery (red + / black -), ensure that

the terminals are absolutely clean and the polarity is correct.

Use only rechargeable 12V- lead-acid batteries, during char-

ging lead-acid batteries must be placed in a well-ventilated

area.

Press the switch (Fig. 1b). After 1 second starts a test of LEDs and warning

signal (LED 1 - 6, left to right) - see Fig. 3. After this test, LEDs 1-6 goes out

and an acoustic warning signal will be generated and after 1 second a slight

tic-tac can be heard. The unit operates. In case of wrong polarity the cont-

roller will not operate.

The battery indicator light (5) is illuminated:

permanent green

= battery is fully charged

flashing red / green = battery must be charged

permanent red

= battery is empty

the controller switches off !

230V / 12V : The 6 LEDs (1) indicate the fence voltage in 1000V steps. At least 3 lamps should flash (3000V) to ensure sufficient voltage and fencing. Possible reasons, when the voltage is too low: a) with fence: heavy vegetation on the fence, insulator flash-over or fence
too long. b) without fence: the energizer is faulty, see service.

Combined operation (230V + 12V ): The energiser is connected to a 12V battery and the 230 mains. If the 230V fails and is not available the energiser is supplied by the battery the indication CONTROL (4) changes from green to red.

Attention: the battery will not be charged automatically by the energiser
see the battery indicator light (5) recharge external !

230V / 12V : Internal alarm with optical and sound warning signal: A fence contact
or a change of the fence load from >1000 ohms to a fence load below 400 ohms for at minimum 6 pulses will be indicated by an optical ( LED 2 ) and sound warning signal for up to 10 minutes min. - even though the contact remains longer. For security reasons the pulse frequence will also rise up to 3 seconds min. for this period. When the load of the fence during the alarm giving increases again, the alarm ends, and the pulse rate operates in the original range again. The warning signal is expected particularly after rainfall and can get activated by vegetation growth, trees or branchesfalling into the fence system, dirt at the fence system, short circuit at metal posts or by contacting bodies etc. In case of alarm turn off the energizer and walk around the fence for controlling.

DELAY - effect:

The energizer with a delay symbol

has a delay time of approx. 55 seconds before it can supply energy of more than

5 Joules. With normal circumstances the energizer operates with optimal fence voltage but with reduced safe energy lower

than 5 Joules. If the resistance of the fence system drops down below a necessary fence voltage (keep cattle) the energy

rises after approx. 55 seconds.

= steady light - red

If the resistance of the fence system rises up again the energy will reduced to a safe energy lower than 5 joules = green.

LED (3)

A higher energy output can be expected on a fence with a low resistance. It also can be expected after rainfall, vegetation growth, brench or tree is laying on the fence, short circuit at metal posts or by contacting bodies.

The indication LED (3) is illuminated depending upon the fence condition:

green = standard puls

red

= increased pulse energy into the fence ie in case of fence contact - vegetation or other deviation after delay time

Abnormal operation:
To prevent unallowed pulse energies from the fence a pulse sequence control is available. Reduces the pulse sequence below 1 second, the controller switches off automatically and the LED (6) is illuminated red. Possible reason: power surge, lightning flash, permenant fence sparks or energiser defect. In case of abnormal operation, switch off the energizer (power supply remove). After the reconnection of the energiser, the red lamp (6) must be extinguished. In another case, the energiser is defect and the repair service must be involved.

Grounding:
For a faultless operation and to obtain best possible output a good grounding is very important. Therefore the grounding must be made at a rather moist and overgrown place. 3 pcs of earth stakes (1,5 m length) shall be used. With long fences and on dry soil a ground return wire with intermediate groundings (every 50 m) is necessary.

Testing grounding (Fig. 3): Produce with a metal stake against the fence wire (no plastic) a short circuit (ca. 50m distance to fencer). Max. 2 lamps (wet ground) or 3 lamps (dry ground) may shine. Otherwise drive in more stakes.
Service: Servicing is only to be made by qualified service personell. Only by the manufacturer commanded replacement parts must be used. If the supply cord of this energizer is damaged this cord must be replaced by a special supply cord which is recommended by the manufacturer.

Installation et connexion:

230V : L'installation doit être faite dans un lieu à l'abri des intem-

péries et où il n'y a pas de risques d'incendies. L`appareil doit

être monté verticalement.

12V :

L`appareil peut être monté au choix sur un mur ou sur un

piquet solide. ll n'est protégé de l'humidité que lors par un

montage correct. Ne pas exposé directement du soleil. Ne

pas mettre en marche l`appareil couché sur le sol.

230V / 12V : Connecter le fil de terre au terminal de l'électrificateur ( ). Connecter le fil de clôture au terminal de l'électrificateur ( ).

Fonctionnement et contrôle: 230V : Brancher l'électrificateur sur une prise de 230 V. Après une
seconde un test des électrodes électroluminescentes et du signal d'avertissement commence (DEL 1-6, de gauche à droite) voir fig. 3. Après ce test toutes les DEL s'éteignent, vous pouvez entendre un signal d'avertissement acoustique et après 1 seconde on entend un tic-tac régulier, l'appareil est en service. L'indicateur CONTROL (4) s`allume en vert.

12V :

Connecter le accu-câble au la boîte de raccordement (Fig.

1a). Raccorder l`accumulateur 12V, veiller à ce que les bor-

nes polaires soient propres et à la bonne polarité ( rouge + /

noir - ). Utilisez seulement 12V batteries-Gel-Plomb (rechar-

geables), les batteries-Gel-Plomb doivent être placées dans

un espace ventilé.

Presser l`interrupteur (Fig. 1b). Après 1 seconde un test des électrodes

électroluminescentes et du signal d'avertissement commence (DEL 1-6, de

gauche à droite) voir fig. 3. Après ce test toutes les DEL s'éteignent, vous

pouvez entendre un signal d'avertissement acoustique et après 1 seconde

on entend un tic-tac régulier, l'appareil est en service.

L'indicateur (5) s`allume:

constant vert

= accu / batterie bon

clignotante rouge / vert = charger de la accu / batterie

constant rouge

= accu / batterie est vide l`appareil s`éteint

230V / 12V :

Les 6 DEL (1) affichent la tension de la clôture par tranche de 1000V.

Si moins de 3 lampes (3000 Volts) s'allument il faut contrôler la ligne et

l'appareil.

Causes possibles:

a) avec clôture:

Végétation trop abondante ou court-circuit de la

clôture sur un piquet métallique.

b) sans clôture:

L`appareil est défectueux. Au dessous de 3000V pour

certains types d'animaux la sécurité de gardiennage

n'est pas garanti.

Opération combinée 230V + 12V : L'électrificateur est connecté à une batterie 12V et à l'alimentation secteur 230V. Si l'alimentation secteur 230V est défaillante, la batterie prend le relais pour alimenter l'électrificateur l'indicateur CONTROL (4) change du vert au rouge. Attention: la batterie n'est pas rechargée automatiquement par l'électrificateur
voir l'indicateur de batterie (5) rechargement externe!

230V / 12V : ALARME interne avec signal d'avertissement optique et acoustique:
Tout contact avec la clôture ou modification de la valeur de résistance d'une charge >1000 ohms vers une charge <400 ohms pour la durée d'au moins 6 impulsions sont affichés par un signal d'avertissement optique ( DEL 2

) et acoustique pour une durée allant jusqu'à min. 10 minutes, même si le contact dure plus longtemps. En même temps et pour des raisons de sécurité, le taux de synchronisation passe pour cette période à min. 3 secondes. Si la valeur de résistance de la clôture augmente de nouveau pendant la durée de l'alarme, l'alarme s'arrête et le taux de synchronisation se trouve de nouveau dans la plage initiale. Le signal d'avertissement est possible en particulier après des précipitations et peut être déclenché par la végétation, la chute d'arbres et de branches sur la clôture, l'encrassement du système de clôture, un court-circuit sur des piquets en fer, mais également tout contact corporel, etc. Quand il y a une alarme, déconnectez l`appareil et parcourrez la clôture pour la contrôler.

L'effet DELAY:

L'appareil présentant ce signe

présente un temps de retard d'env. 55 secondes avant qu'une énergie supérieure à

5 joules puisse être délivrée! Dans des conditions normales, l'appareil fonctionne avec la tension de clôture optimale mais

avec une énergie réduite anodine inférieure à 5 joules. Si la valeur de résistance de la clôture chute si fortement qu'une

tension de clôture n'est plus garantie pour le gardiennage sûr, l'énergie délivrée est augmentée après env. 55 secondes.

Si la valeur de résistance de la clôture augmente de nouveau, celle-ci est exploitée avec l'énergie réduite et anodine inférieure à 5 joules DEL (3) = vert.

On peut attendre une augmentation de l'énergie délivrée sur des clôtures avec une faible valeur de résistance.

Une augmentation de l'énergie délivrée peut être également déclenchée par des précipitations, la végétation, la chute d'arbres et de branches sur la clôture, l'encrassement du système de clôture, un court-circuit sur des piquets en fer ou tout contact corporel, etc.

L'indicateur DEL (3) s'allume selon l'état de la clôture:

vert

= impulsion standard

rouge = énergie délivrée sur la clôture accrue, par ex. en cas de perturbation (aprés temps de retard)

Fonctionnement perturbé:
Afin d'empêcher que des énergies non admises soient délivrées sur la clôture, l'appareil possède une surveillance de taux d'horloge. Quand le cadence de la séquence de impulsion se reduite sous 1 seconde, l'appareil se coupe automatiquement et le DEL (6) s`allume en rouge. Causes possibles: tensions accrues sur le réseau électrique, coups de foudre, claquages permanents sur la clôture, panne de l'appareil. Couper l'arrivée d'énergie en débranchant l'appareil. Après la remise en route, le voyant rouge (6) doit être éteint. Si ce n'est pas le cas, la panne provient de l'appareil et une réparation s'impose.

Mise à la terre:
Pour obtenir la meilleure tension de sortie possible pour le bon fonctionnement de la clôture, une bonne mise à la terre est très importante. Pour cela, la mise à la terre doit être faite dans un sol humide et pourvu de végétation. 3 piquets de terre sont nécessaires. Pour les clôtures longues et dans des zones sèches, utiliser un fil de terre et des piquets intermédiaires tous les 50m. La distance entre électrificateur/piquet de terre et la prise de terre sur laquelle est branché l'électrificateur doit être d'au moins 10 m.

Vérification de la prise de terre (Fig. 3): Provoquez un court-circuit à une distance d`environ 50m de l`électrificateur avec un piquet en acier fiché dans la terre en l`appuyant contre la clôture. Maintenant il ne devrait luire qui 2 lampes au maximum (terre mouillée) ou 3 lampes au maximum (terre sèche) sinon il faudrait ficher des piquets supplémentaires.

Service:
Les réparations ne doivent être faites que par des personnes qualifiées. Utiliser uniquement les pièces détachées et composants du fabricant. Si le câble d`alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par un câble ou un ensemble spécial disponible auprès du fabricant ou de son service après vente.

230V : Miejsce montau powinno by zadaszone i z dala od

materialów latwopalnych. Urzdzenie zamontowa w pozycji

pionowej.

12V :

Elektryzator mona zamontowa na cianie lub na solidnym

slupku w pozycji pionowej. Prawidlowo zamontowany elekt-

ryzator chroni urzdzenie przed wilgoci. Chroni urzdzenie

przed bezporednim dzialaniem sloca. Nie pozostawia

pracujcego urzdzenia na ziemi.

230V / 12V :

Kabel uziemienia podlczy pod zacisk ( ), kabel linii ogrodzenia

podlczy pod zacisk ( ).

Uruchomienie:

230V : Podlczy zasilanie, po 1 sekundzie zawiec si diody i

uslyszymy sygnal(LED 1-6, od lewej do prawej) patrz rys

.3. Po tym tecie zgasn diody LED, rozlegnie si sygnal

ostrzegawczy i po 1 sekundzie uslyszymy miarowe tykanie,

urzdzenie pracuje. Wskanik CONTROL(4) wieci na zielo-

no.

12V :

Kabel akumulatorowy podlczy do gniazda zasila-

nia (rys.1a). Urzdzenie podlczy do akumulato-

ra 12V(czerwony + / czarny -), zwracajc uwag na

polaryzacj i czysto zacisków. Uywa tylko w pelni

naladowanego akumulatora.

Wlczy przelcznik (rys.1b), po 1 sekundzie zawiec si diody i uslyszymy

sygnal(LED 1-6, od lewej do prawej) patrz rys .3. Po tym tecie zgasn

diody LED, rozlegnie si sygnal ostrzegawczy i po 1 sekundzie uslyszymy

miarowe tykanie, urzdzenie pracuje. Przy odwrotnym podlczeniu elektry-

zator nie bdzie dzialal.

Wskanik akumulatora (5) wieci: cigle zielone

= akumulator naladowany

230V / 12V : 6 diod LED (1) pokazuje poziom napicia 1000V. Do prawidlowej pracy ogrodzenie powinno si wieci min. 3 diody (3000V), w innym przypadku napicie jest za niskie. Moliwe przyczyny: a) na ogrodzeniu: mocne poronicie przy linii ogrodzenia, zle izolatory,
zwarcie na plikach metalowych lub zbyt dlugie ogrodzenie. b) bez ogrodzenia: elektryzator jest uszkodzony, patrz serwis.

Praca kombinowana 230V + 12V : Elektryzator moe by podlczony jednoczenie do akumulatora 12V i do sieci 230V. Przy braku zasilania 230V elektryzator bdzie zasilany z akumulatora 12V wskanik CONTROL (4) zmieni si z koloru zielonego na czerwony .

UWAGA ! akumulator nie bdzie automatycznie naladowany przez elektryzator
patrz wskanik akumulatora(5) ladowa oddzielnie !

230V / 12V : Wewntrzny optyczny i akustyczny ALARM: Dotknicie lub zmia-
na opornoci od >1000 do <400 w czasie okolo 6 impulsów, bdzie sygnalizowane przez optyczny i akustyczny alarm przez 10 minut, równie gdy dotknicie trwa dluej. Równoczenie w tym czasie ze wzgldów bezpieczestwa czstotliwo impulsów zwiksz a si na min. 3 sekundy. Przedluajca si oporno na urzdzeniu nie wplywa na czas trwania alarmu, po 10 minutach elektryzator zaczyna pracowa normalnie. Wadliwa praca: do ochrony przed wysz energi wyjciow elektryzator ma kontrol szybkoci impulsów. Spadek iloci impulsów poniej 1/sek., urzdzenie wylcza si automatycznie - dioda LED (5) wieci na czerwono. Moliwe przyczyny: uderzenie pioruna, defekt sprztu. Aby nieprawidlowe dzialania usun, ponownie uruchomi elektryzator, dioda LED(6) powinna zgasn, w innym przypadku odelij urzdzenie do naprawy.
Uziemienie: Dobre uziemienie jest podstaw prawidlowej i optymalnej pracy ogrodzenia, dlatego powinno by wykonane w moliwie najbardziej wilgotnym miejscu. Wbi 3 paliki uziemiajce o dl. 1,5m (np. prt o rednicy12mm). Przy suchej ziemi lub dlugich ogrodzeniach naley przeprowadzi dodatkow lini uziemiajc z palikiem uziemiajcym co 50m wzdlu calego ogrodzenia. Wyjcie uziemienia elektryzatora, musi by oddalone minimum 10m od uziemienia ochronnego sieci elektrycznej budynku.
Sprawdzenie uziemienia (Fig. 3): Okolo 50 metrów od elektryzatora wbi metalowy prt (nie plastikowy) pod lini ogrodzenia i zrobi zwarcie. Na elektryzatorze powinny si zapali 2 diody(ziemia wilgotna) lub maksymalnie 3 diody(ziemia sucha) w innym przypadku zwikszy liczb pali uziemienia.

Serwis:
Naprawy powinien wykonywa wyspecjalizowany serwis. Kiedy elektryzator nie pracuje, naley wymieni plytk elektroniczn. Uszkodzenie burzowe rozpoznamy po zapachu spalenizny. W takich przypadkach elektryzator naley wysla do naprawy. Kiedy który z zacisków elektryzatora jest uszkodzony naley go zastpi nowym, jest on dostpny u sprzedawcy lub w serwisie.
