STMicroelectronics STM32U073x8/B/C Microcontrollers

Introduction to the STM32U073x8/B/C Series

The STM32U073x8/B/C is a family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers designed by STMicroelectronics. These devices are built around the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit RISC core, operating at frequencies up to 56 MHz. They offer a compelling combination of features for a wide range of embedded applications, prioritizing energy efficiency without compromising performance.

Key features include up to 256-Kbyte of flash memory, 40-Kbyte of SRAM with hardware parity check, and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals. The series also integrates an LCD controller, a crystal-less USB 2.0 full-speed interface, and advanced low-power modes such as Stop, Standby, and Shutdown, enabling significant power savings.
