Product registration guide for end-users.
Welcome to the Daikin Stand By Me registration portal
This guide will walk you through the process of registering your Daikin products to access various benefits and services.
The manual is divided into the following sections:
- Product registration
- Account Viewing and Management
- Registration of the product with the code provided by the installer
1. Product registration
To register your products, you must first create an account. Click on "Register your account" to begin.
Why register?
- Choose the plan that best suits your needs.
- Enter the prize draw for a trip.
- Enjoy priority maintenance service, extended warranty time, and many other benefits.
Your installed product
Choose the options below to register your Daikin products:
- Browse our products: We'll help you find your product. Click on "View all products".
- Commissioning code: Provided by your Daikin installer. Enter your code and click "Next".
Select the type of air conditioning system you want to register. You can choose from Domestic or Heating options.
Domestic range: Select the appliance from the domestic range that corresponds to your installation. Options include Comfora RXP/FTXP, Emura 3 RXJ/FTXJ, Perfera RXM/FTXM, and Sensira ARXC/ATXC.
Heating range: Select the appliances from the heating range that correspond to your installation. Options include Daikin Altherma Heat Pump, Daikin Altherma Hybrid, Domestic Hot Water, and Condensing Gas Boiler.
After selecting your product, click on "Register your product".
You will need to enter the following information:
Installation Details
- Purchase date*: Enter the date as indicated on your invoice or receipt (dd/mm/yyyy).
- Upload your invoice*: Allowed formats are pdf, jpg, jpeg, png. Maximum size is 10MB.
Units
- Outdoor unit: Select Model and enter Serial number.
- Indoor unit: Select Model and enter Serial number.
Professional
- Enter the name of the professional who installed this product.
Personal details
- Title: Mr. / Ms.
- First name*
- Last name*
- Phone number*
- Email*
- Password*: Must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 3 of the following: a lowercase character, an uppercase character, a number, a symbol.
- Confirm password*
Installation Address
- Street*
- Number*
- Box
- Postal code*
- City*
- Country (default is Spain)
Important Note: If the installation address does not match the address on the invoice, you must deselect the field indicating the installation address and fill in the "Installation" section separately.
By clicking the box, you agree to our general terms & conditions and our Data Protection Policy.
Click "Register" to complete the process.
Upon successful registration, you will see a confirmation message: "Thanks for registering your product".
2. Account Viewing and Management
After registration, you can log in to your account to view your registered products and manage your details.
The following screen will appear, showing your available e-packages.
In the left menu, select "Installed products" to view an overview of your installations. Click on "View this unit (product)" to access the details of the installed product and see the warranty status.
3. Product registration with the code provided by the installer
If your installer has registered the purchased product on the portal, you will receive an email with a "registration code".
To activate the Stand By Me extension, access the portal and complete the registration process by entering your details.
You will need to enter the registration code provided in the email.
The registration process involves entering personal data and installation details, similar to the direct registration process.
Personal Data:
- Title*
- Name*
- Surnames*
- Mail*
- Phone number*
- Fiscal Code*
- Address: Street*, Number*, Box, Postal Code*, City*, Country*
Password:
- Enter your chosen password (must be at least 6 characters).
- Confirm password*.
Consent:
- You must agree to the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
Click "Register" to complete the process.
ATTENTION: Without consent, registration cannot be completed.
Once registration is complete, you can log in to your account to see the products you have registered and the data you have entered.
To add more records, go to "Installed Products" from the left menu and click on "Add Product".
