Warranty Notice
Limited Warranty does NOT cover:
- Costs associated with repair or replacement, including labor, installation, or removal/replacement of Product affixed to a printed circuit board.
- Damage due to external causes such as accidents, electrical power issues, abnormal electrical, mechanical, or environmental conditions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation, or improper testing.
- Products modified or operated outside of specifications, or where original identification markings (trademark or serial number) have been removed, altered, or obliterated, or where exterior labels or screws are removed or broken.
Safety Prevention Measures
- Place the device on a stable surface to prevent damage from falling.
- The adapter's suitability for altitude and tropical environments depends on the adapter used. The rating plate on the device indicates applicability for altitudes up to 2,000m.
- Do not handle the power plug with wet hands to avoid electric shock. Ensure a good plug connection to prevent fire hazards.
- Do not use a broken power plug or place the power cord near heat sources to avoid electric shock or fire.
- When cleaning, unplug the device. Use a soft cloth and avoid industrial chemicals. Ensure no water enters the device.
- Do not disassemble the device without authorization. Contact a professional for repairs to avoid electric shock or fire.
- In case of unusual smell or noise, immediately disconnect the power supply and contact a professional for service.
- Power off the device when idle for extended periods to prevent electric shock or fire.
- The device with an AC switch uses it as a cut-off component. Devices without an AC switch use the power plug or coupler as a cut-off component. Ensure the cut-off component is easily accessible during normal use.

2. Angle Adjustment
2.1 The screen can be adjusted forward and backward. Generally, it may be inclined 5 ±2° forward and 15 ±2° backward.
2.2 When adjusting the angle, avoid touching or pressing the screen area.
Connect Monitor to PC
Before connecting, power down the PC and monitor.
- Power Plug: Connect the power cord to the POWER port on the back of the monitor.
- VGA Port: Connect the VGA cable to the VGA IN port on the back of the monitor (requires monitor support).
- DVI Port: Connect the DVI cable to the DVI IN port on the back of the monitor (requires monitor support).
- HDMI Port: Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI IN port on the back of the monitor (requires monitor support).
- DP Port: Connect the DP cable to the DP IN port on the monitor (requires monitor support).
- USB OUT Port: Connect the USB cable to the USB OUT port on the back of the monitor (requires monitor support).
- USB IN Port: Connect the USB cable to the USB IN port on the back of the monitor (requires monitor support).
- Audio Interface: Connect the AUDIO cable to the AUDIO OUT port on the back of the display (requires monitor support).
User Setup

II. Description of Keys' Functions
- Menu/Back: Pops up the menu or returns to the previous menu. Exits the menu when in the main menu.
- Left Function Key: Decreases values or moves left in menus. Acts as a shortcut key when the menu is inactive.
- Right Function Key: Increases values or moves right in menus. Acts as a shortcut key when the menu is inactive.
- Enter/Auto Adjust: Confirms function selection in menus. Activates automatic adjustment (horizontal/vertical position, phase, focus) for VGA signals when the menu is inactive.
- Power: Powers the device on or off.
LED Indicator: White indicates power-on; Orange indicates power-saving standby.
Note: Physical keys on the specific model govern.

FAQ

Dim image | Adjust brightness and contrast. |
Image pulsation or ripple | Check for nearby electronic interference. |

Lack of color (red, green, blue) | Check the signal cable plug and ensure pins are not bent. |
The picture is not in the middle, or the size is not right | Use the Hot key (AUTO) for automatic adjustment. |
Color aberration (white does not look white) | Adjust RGB color or reselect color temperature. |
If the font in VGA screen is blurry | Choose "E" for automatic image adjustments in the OSD. |
Tip: FreeSync requires specific graphics card and display models. For complex setups or issues, restart the PC, toggle FreeSync off/on, or contact support. Use qualified FreeSync hardware and drivers for best experience.
The lamp effect is decorative. Turn it off to save electricity. Standby power consumption depends on the shutdown effect.
HDR requires Windows 10 or an HDR chip source.
