Operating Instructions

Thank you for your purchase from Kmart. These Anko Bluetooth Sport Earphones are warranted by Kmart Australia Ltd to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided the product is used according to recommendations. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Kmart will offer a refund, repair, or exchange if the product becomes defective within the warranty period. Kmart will cover reasonable expenses for warranty claims. The warranty is void if defects result from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. For support, contact Kmart Customer Service: Australia: 1800 124 125, New Zealand: 0800 945 995, or visit kmart.com.au. Warranty claims and return expenses can be sent to the Customer Service Centre at 690 Springvale Rd, Mulgrave Vic 3170.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply, entitling you to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other foreseeable loss or damage. Goods must also be repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.

For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights.

Important Safety Information

WARNING: Use only with a power source not exceeding PS1. The battery is non-replaceable. Incorrect battery replacement may cause explosion. Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures, low air pressure at high altitudes during use, storage, or transportation. Using an incorrect battery type can lead to explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas. Do not dispose of the battery in fire or a hot oven, or crush or cut it, as this can cause an explosion. Do not leave the battery in extremely high temperatures. Normal operating ambient temperature is 0°C to 45°C. Exposure to extremely low air pressure may also cause explosion or leakage.

Product Overview and Controls

The Anko Bluetooth Sport Earphones feature two in-ear buds connected by a cable, with an inline control module. The components are:

• Microphone: For voice calls.
• USB Charging Port: Connect the charging cable here.
• Volume Up / Next Track Button (+): Short press to increase volume; long press for the next track.
• Play/Pause/Phone Button (MFB): Short press to play/pause music or answer/end calls.
• Noise-Cancelling Button: Short press to activate/deactivate noise reduction.
• LED Indicator: Displays charging and pairing status.
• Volume Down / Previous Track Button (-): Short press to decrease volume; long press for the previous track.

How to Use

Powering On/Off

• Power ON: Long press the Play/Pause/Phone button for 2 seconds. You will hear a "power on" tone, and the LED indicator will flash Blue 3 times.
• Power OFF: Long press the Play/Pause/Phone button for 3 seconds. You will hear a "power off" tone, and the LED indicator will flash Red for 1 second before turning off.

Noise Reduction

Short press the Noise-Cancelling button once to toggle the noise reduction feature.

Pairing with Bluetooth Devices

The earphones automatically enter pairing mode (alternating Red and Blue LED flashes) upon powering on. They will attempt to connect to the last paired device.

To pair with a new device: Go to your mobile phone's Bluetooth settings, select "anko Sport ANC", and pair. A "connected" tone will confirm successful pairing, and the LED will turn off.

Phone Calls

Press the Play/Pause/Phone button once to answer or end a call.

Music Playback

Enjoy wireless music playback:

• Next Track: Long press the Volume Up (+) button for 2 seconds.
• Previous Track: Long press the Volume Down (-) button for 2 seconds.
• Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up (+) button. A tone indicates maximum volume.
• Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down (-) button.

Battery Charging

The headset uses a rechargeable lithium battery. Use the provided USB cable:

• Connect the USB charging cable to a suitable USB port.
• Connect the other end to the earphone's USB charging port.
• The LED indicator turns RED during charging.
• The LED indicator turns OFF when charging is complete.
• Full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
