Mini Hawk Installation Manual
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Mini Hawk model. We at T-ONE have devoted 1 year of energy and time to this model. After repeated verification and modification, we hope to restore the appearance and details of the real machine as much as possible while providing customers with a perfect flight experience. Please note that the photos in this instruction manual show some views of the prototype. The release version of the model may have undergone some modifications and upgrades.
This manual describes the assembly of the model. Before you start building and setting up the aircraft, please make sure you have read and understood the instruction manual. If you have any question, Please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. Gear Installation
(1). Nose Gear Installation
Components required for nose gear installation include: servo, pushrods, screws (m2*20mm), and linkages. The image shows the nose gear assembly with the servo and linkages connected.
(2). Main Gear Door Servo Installation
Components required for main gear door servo installation include: servos, linkages, and screws (M3*10, M2*10). The diagram illustrates the placement of the servo and linkages for the main gear doors, showing measurements of 30mm and 35mm for specific components.
2. Aileron Servo Installation
Components required for aileron servo installation include: servos, linkages (L20mm*φ3mm), and screws (M2*10). The images show the servo installation in the wing, highlighting the placement within the aircraft.
3. Flap Servo Installation
Components required for flap servo installation include: servos, linkages (L50mm*φ3mm). The images show the servo installation for the flaps, demonstrating how the servos are fitted into the aircraft structure.
4. Horizontal Tail Installation
Components required for horizontal tail installation include: linkages (L20mm*φ3mm), screws (M3*8, M3*10), and mounting plates. The images show the installation of the horizontal stabilizer and the initial position of the elevator.
5. Vertical Tail Installation
Components required for vertical tail installation include: servos, linkages (L35mm*φ3mm), and screws (M3*5, M4*12). The images show the servo installation for the vertical stabilizer and the connection of the pushrod.
6. Fuselage, Wing, Engine, Drop Tank, Missiles Fixed
This section details the fixing of various components to the fuselage and wings. Screws used include M4*16, M4*12, and 5/32*12. The images show the attachment points for the wings, drop tank, and missiles, with labels indicating specific screw sizes and locations, including references to "NITROGEN TANK BAY DRAIN" and "ROYAL AIR FORCE".
7. Equipment Installation
This section covers the installation of various electronic equipment within the aircraft. The images display the placement of servos, receiver, and other components within the fuselage and wings.
8. Flight Parameters
This section outlines the flight parameters for the Mini Hawk model, including control surface throws and center of gravity (CG).
