  • Only use the fender set and supplied installation hardware.

  • Periodically check all bolts for tightness due to vibrations.
  • Do not use the fender set to move or lift the bike.
  • If unsure about compatibility or installation, consult your local authorized dealer.
  • Regulations vary by country/location; always check in advance.

Installation Steps

  1. Ensure the bike is switched off, kickstand engaged, and on level ground.
  2. Remove accessories that might interfere with installation or use.
  3. Front fender: Assemble the front fender and U stay using two M5*8 bolts and one M5 clip set with a Phillips screwdriver. Ensure the end of the U stay angles upward. Do not tighten completely yet.
  4. Install the front fender onto the bike. At the top of the front fork, use a 3mm hex torque wrench to tighten one M5*10 bolt and an M5 washer on the back side of the front fork. Do not tighten completely yet.
  5. On both sides of the front fork, use a 4mm hex torque wrench to tighten two M5*12 bolts and M5 washers with 5-8Nm torque.
  6. Adjust the front fender to the appropriate height and tighten the bolts with 5-8Nm torque.
  7. Rear fender: Assemble the two V stays with the rear fender using a Phillips screwdriver. Use the shorter leg of the V stay as the front (marked "F"). Do not tighten completely yet.
  8. Install the rear fender onto the bike. For the front end of the seat stay, use a 5mm hex torque wrench and a 10mm open spanner to tighten one M6*30 bolt and an M6 washer on the upper side, and one M6 spring washer, curved washer, and M6 nut on the lower side.
  9. For the rear end of the seat stay, use a 4mm hex torque wrench to tighten two M5*12 bolts and M5 washers.
  10. Adjust the rear fender to the appropriate height and tighten the bolts with 5-8Nm torque.
  11. If assembling a Momentum rack, purchase an additional Dual Mounting Kit.
  12. Double-check that the fender set is properly installed and does not move or rotate.
