The company is not responsible for accidents caused by the negligence of users. ·This product should not be used for any other purpose except finger vein smart lock. ·Do not install/disassemble/repair/modify the product without authorization or use original parts not provided by the manufacturer for repair, otherwise it may cause danger and the warranty terms will be invalid. ·Do not use sharp objects such as awls or needles to press buttons or insert into keyholes. ·Do not hit the product with hard or heavy objects. ·Be careful not to hit the handle to avoid injury. ·Do not drop or pull the product forcefully. ·Make sure that the door is completely locked while going out. ·Pay attention to avoid water seeping into the product. ·The product may be interfered in wireless communication, which may affect the operation of the product. ·This product can be used by children and people with physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or people who lack of experience and relevant knowledge, but they must accept the supervision of the person responsible for safety or guidance on how to use the product safely and understand the dangers involved. · Please use a soft cloth to clean the lock body. Do not use water (drenching) washing, benzene, alcohol, toxic/corrosive detergents or solvents to clean the product. ·Do not spray insecticides and flammable sprays around the product, otherwise the product may be damaged. ·Avoid prolonged exposure of the product to the sun, the touch panel may have cracks, and the installation location should be protected from direct sunlight. ·Do not immerse the battery in sea water or water, and store it in a cool and dry environment when it is not in use. Safety precautions(please read carefully and follow the safety instructions) ·Do not use or leave the battery near heat and high temperature sources, such as fire, heater, etc. ·Do not use the battery in reversed polarity electrode. ·Do not use metal to connect both battery poles and induce short circuit. ·Do not transport or store the battery with metal, such as hairpins, necklaces, etc. ·Do not knock or throw, step on the battery, etc. ·Do not use or place the battery in the hot sunlight and high temperature, which may cause the battery to overheat, catch fire or functional failure, and has a shorter life. ·It is forbidden to use it in a place with strong static charge and strong magnetic fields, otherwise it will easily damage the safety protection structure of battery device and potential harms. ·If the battery leaks and the electrolyte enters your eyes, please do not rub it, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately and go to hospital for treatment, otherwise it will hurt your eyes. ·If the battery emits peculiar smell, heat, discoloration, deformation, or use, storage, or any abnormality during charging, immediately remove the battery from the device or charger and stop using it. ·If the battery electrode is dirty, wipe it with a dry cloth before use, otherwise it may cause poor contact and functional failure. ·Use insulating paper to wrap the electrodes of discarded batteries to prevent fire and explosion. ·Do not use the lock when the power cord is exposed or damaged. If the power cord was damaged or the lock was malfunction, please take the lock to Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited for repairing, please do not dismount, repair or replace with parts and accessories without authorities. ·Be sure to keep the product warranty card and invoice for future warranty purposes. Operation Instruction For the first-time using the vein lock, please complete the following steps: 1. Set the door opening direction (#2#-The default administrator password 123456#3#Door Opening Direction Settings open the left door 1#, open the right door 2#). 2. Set up auto-lock: When door is closed and locked, enter #0 # - administrator password - 5 # and confirm set up success. (see operation manual 3. Gyroscope auto lock settings). 3. Change the administrator account's password (see operation manual 4 Administrator Account Settings. The default administrator password is 123456). 4. An proper registration of finger vein will make the identification in the future more accurate and faster. Please refer to the correct method as illustrated below for finger vein registration. It is recommended to use the index finger, middle finger or ring finger. You should Put your fingertips into the groove on top, Place your fingers parallel gently. You should not Hang your finger in the air. Put your fingers on the glass and try to open the lock with your fingers. Leave too much space between your finger and the groove on top. Door Opening Direction Settings Door opening direction can only be set in the initialization state, which is when the initial administrator password is "123456" by default. Please set the door opening direction first after installation. When restored to factory settings, the administrator password will be restored to "123456" and all user information will be cleared. Gyroscope Threshold Settings Only choose one between 5# Lock Delay or 0#Lock threshold and gyroscope settings; with the most recent set up taking effect. 5# Lock Delay: After setting up, users can open the door and set the time from 1 to 99 seconds before locking. 0# The lock threshold is for the gyroscope to be locked. The higher the threshold, the larger the allowable error. If your door cannot be locked, it is suggested to increase the threshold, vice versa. Suggested value is 5. When it is set as 0, gyroscope is turned off and will require completely manual locking. If the gyroscope fails to lock, users can press and hold the lock button for 5 seconds to refresh its data. When user opens the door again, smart lock will detect door closing positions again and save the data for future auto-locking functions. Note: gyroscope lock threshold should be set when the door is completely locked. Administrator Account Settings The default administrator password is 123456. When the user changes the administrator password from "123456" to other passwords, the smart lock will automatically clear all user information. When changing the administrator account, users can register their finger vein information according to their needs, but the password must be entered, otherwise the modification will fail. The administrator's finger used for finger vein entry should not be registered again when adding other users, otherwise there is a certain probability that the administrator's finger vein entry will be judged as an ordinary user. Restore Factory Settings When administrator forgets the login information, users can unplug the battery, press the pause button on the lock and hold. Install the battery until the message "restore factory settings" is displayed. Release the pause button and you should hear "factory settings restored successfully". This method has the same function as the following steps. Bind Device 1.Install the Rasonic APP : Scan the QR code on the right, or download the APP "Rasonic" from "Google Play" or "Apple Store". After installation, register a new account and log in accordingly. Scan this QR code to download the APP 2. Add a device: When adding a device, the door lock and your phone must be connected to the same WIFI network. 3. Install the battery on the finger vein lock, open the "Rasonic" APP, click Settings -> Add Device. Please scan this QR code for adding RSL-VF03GY Please scan this QR code for adding RSL-VF03GD 4. After scanning the QR code, click WIFI configuration 5. Enter the WIFI password and click Next 5 Operation Manual 6. Follow the instructions on the APP, and wait for the back lights to flash. Check to confirm and click Next. If it fails to bind,please. go back to step 1 and retry the binding process. Operation Manual 14.Device Binding If quick device binding failed for multiple times, attempt using device binding function by entering "#3 #enter binding function". Follow the instructions as shown in the App to complete device binding. Device Unbinding Open the R a s o n i c "A P P Device Select "Unbind" Left slide the corresponding derice and select"Unbind" 16. Open the Lock remotely by APP Ask the visitor to touch the doorbell. After the host answer to the voice intercom, click Remote Unlock and select OK. 17.One time Password After binding the door lock, you can set one-time passwords according to your needs. Simply click one-time password option on the APP homepage, and wait for one-time password generated by APP. Note:The one-time password will not be saved, and can only be used once in a day. Temporary Password Password can be set to be valid only for a certain period of time according to different needs. Perform data synchronizetion after settingOperation manual 13 Temporary password status: Add to be issued:indicates that this password has been synchronized to the cloud server, waiting for the door lock to be synchronized online Delete to be issued: indicates that the password has been synchronized to the cloud server, waiting for the door lock to be synchronized online Deleted: Indicates that this password has been deleted by the user Expired: Indicates that this password has expired Effective: This password can be used normally Note: After adding temporary password, and you need to synchronise it immediately, press #9#. The door lock will attempt to sync immediately. 19. Device Sharing Our devices support sharing with friends and family. In user's management function interface of APP, click the Share button in the upper right corner to enter the sharing interface and follow the prompts to share. Once the shared user agrees, all features of the sharing device can be used. Note: The sharing function must be used by the primary user of this device. The shared user must register and log in to the APP "Rasonic" otherwise you will not receive the sharing push. Operation Manual 20. User Door-opening Record After the finger vein is connected to the network, the user can view the opening record at any time in the APP, After setting, the APP will push a prompt when the user returns home. In the APP's "Record", it can show all user's records of door opening. If a new user is added, it will synchronise at 24:00 midnight. If immediate synchronisation is needed, please click data synchronisation when door lock is connected to the internet (Operation Manual 13) Note: If the door is opened when the smart lock is not connected to the internet, such door-opening records will not be saved to the cloud, leading to missing door-opening records. 21. Reminders when door is unlocked After door is unlocked, if it is not locked again after 30 seconds, there will be a reminder "please close the door". In silent mode, a sound "tick tick tick" will be played for reminder. The reminder will repeat 3 times for every 10 seconds. User can cancel the reminder on the touch panel on the lock. 22. Name modification The functions like modifying the device name, modifying the shared usernames, modifying the lock username and other functions, please refer to the APP. Slide to the left on Settings, and click "Remarks". 23. Forgot Administrator Password If you forget the administrator password, you can restore the factory settings (Operation Manual 5). After the factory reset, the default administrator password is 123456, and then you can modify the administrator password. (Operation Manual 4) Note: After restoring to factory settings, all user data of the door lock will be cleared, and the door lock user needs to be re-added. 24. Forgot Door Lock Password If the user accidentally forgets the opening password, the administrator can delete the user data and re-add the opening password of the user. Other Instructions (1) Prompt description of finger vein lock A long beep: Success Two short beeps: Fail (2)Network configuration instruction of finger vein lock Finger vein lock WIFI configuration mode and device binding mode have a 1-minute time limit. After the timeout, it will automatically exit the respective modes. If the WIFI configuration fails, please check whether the WIFI password is correct and whether WIFI network is connected. (This device only supports 2.4G band WIFI, please ensure that the connected WIFI is 2.4G band). Also, please ensure that the distance between the device, mobile phone and router is within 1 meter. 26. Panel Buttons Exterior panels: #Enter *Skip keymodel no:RSL-VF03 is the lock key Interior panel: : Manual lock key : Pause/start automatic lock button : Manual unlock key Warm reminder: The manual lock button, manual unlock button, pause/activate auto lock button all requires a 1 second long press. If the press duration is too short, it may not be able to detect it. To ensure safety, manually unlock the door once to rerun the program. 27. Language options /English optionsinsert #8#. 28. Any defective part which has been replaced shall become our property. Guarantee service does not cover the repair or replacement of accessories, external cables or cabinet, etc. Additional charges shall be levied if services are required. Please present the official invoice and the guarantee certificate with the sales point`s chop or the redemption center`s chop for free maintenance.
