Setting up Camera
Disconnect the camera from the power before installation or taking out its SD card.
Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to reset the camera.
Voice control works with Alexa or Google Assistant. You can control your camera using just your voice with Alexa or Google Assistant-enabled devices.
Steps to add the camera to your eezo account:
- Scan the QR code or search "eezo" in Google Play or App Store to download and install the app. Ensure you have the latest version.
- Launch the app. Create an account if you are a new user.
- Connect the camera to a power source with the power adapter.
- After the camera boots up, the LED indicator light should flash green (wire-free) or be solid green (wired). Reset the camera if the LED status is incorrect.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to add the camera. Repeat for multiple cameras.

Installing Camera
Ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to hold at least three times the weight of the camera.
Using Mounting Adhesive:
- Peel off the mounting template and stick it to the desired installation area.
- Drill holes into the mounting surface as per the template marks and insert wall anchors if needed.
- Secure the mounting plate to the mounting surface with included mounting screws.
- Place the camera onto the mounting plate, ensuring they attract to each other.
- Power on the camera and adjust its angle properly.

FAQ
- Q: The device cannot boot up or work as expected?
- Check the LED indicator status. If the light is not green, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to reset the camera.
- Q: How to connect the camera to another Wi-Fi network?
- If the camera is online: Select camera > settings > Device Setting > WLAN > Network Config to change the Wi-Fi connection on the app. If the camera is offline: Reset the camera, and then configure it again.
- Q: Connection takes too long?
- Check if the distance between the camera and the router, and between the camera and the smartphone is within 5 m (16.4 ft) during connection. Check the Wi-Fi configuration of the router: Select the channel to auto, and the mode to 11bgn mixed.
- Q: When the micro SD card is full, how is the recorded video saved?
- When the micro SD card is full, the system will overwrite the previous recorded videos. Save important information in time.
- Q: Human detection does not work?
- Ensure that Human Detection is enabled in the Device Settings interface of the eezo App.
- Q: Camera stuck downwards?
- Check the Privacy Mode setting on the eezo App.
- Q: Fail to scan QR code?
- Clean the camera lens of your smartphone. Ensure there is enough light on the QR code. Do not hold the QR code too close to the camera.
