L'indicateur va s'éclairer dès la mise en marche de la lampe afin d'afficher le niveau de chargement de la pile. Le voyant s'éclaire en vert pendant 5 secondes pour indiquer que la pile est suffisamment chargée. Un voyant rouge fixe indique que la pile a besoin d'être bientôt chargée. Voyant rouge clignotant : la pile est déchargée et l'arrêt est imminent.
