Charging Case

Top (Opened View): Diagram shows the charging case opened, revealing two earbuds nestled in their charging slots. Charging contacts are visible within the slots.

Earbuds

Each earbud features LED indicators and a Touch Control area.

Getting Started

Charging the case and earbuds via PC or electrical outlet

  1. Ensure both earbuds are stored in the charging case and close the cover.
  2. Plug the small connector of the included USB Type-C charging cable into the charging port on the charging case.
  3. Plug the other connector into a USB power source, such as a USB port on a computer, or a 5V USB adapter (not included), and then plug into an electrical outlet.

Charging Case LED Indicators: While the case is charging, the LED indicators on the case will flash 3 times repeatedly. The LED indicators will turn off when the charging case and earbuds are fully charged.

Charging the earbuds with the charging case

You can charge the earbuds using the charging case when their batteries are low.

  1. Make sure the charging case is charged.
  2. Place the earbuds correctly into the charging case.
  3. Close the cover of the charging case. The LED indicators on the charging case will light up while the earbuds are charging and turn off when they are fully charged.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically turn on, and the LED indicators will flash.
  2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "AP23" from the list.
  3. Once successfully paired, you will hear the prompt "Connected". The LED indicators on both earbuds will then flash slowly.

Note: If only one earbud pairs, refer to the "Re-Pairing the Earbuds" section.

Playback & Adjusting Volume

Play/Pause Music or Video:

Double-click the touch control on either earbud to play or pause music or video.

Volume Control:

Note: A slight beep indicates volume change. A clear beep indicates maximum or minimum volume.

Answering/Ending Phone Calls:

Re-Pairing the Earbuds

The AP23 earbuds should pair automatically. If they become unpaired or only one earbud connects, follow these steps:

  1. On your Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings, find "AP23", tap it, and select "Forget" the earbud(s). Then, turn off your device's Bluetooth.
  2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the cover to turn them off. Remove them again to turn them back on.
  3. After a moment, the earbuds should link to each other, and their LED indicators will flash.
  4. Once linked, go back to your device's Bluetooth settings and select "AP23" again.

Your product will be repaired or replaced, at Southern Telecom, Inc.'s option, with the same or similar model of equal value if examination by the service center determines this product is defective. Products received damaged as a result of shipping will require you to file a claim with the carrier.

Warranty service not provided

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, or unauthorized modification, including software modifications such as the installation of custom firmware. This warranty is voided if any unauthorized person opens, alters, or repairs this product. All products being returned to the authorized service center for repair must be suitably packaged.
