Products Use
Troubleshooting Pairing: If earphones lose pairing function, turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device, then double-touch the right earphone to pair them manually.
- Power on: Open the charging case for automatic power-on. Alternatively, press and hold the touching area for 3 seconds. If the charging case has been in standby for a long time, the earphones may still have power; press the touching area for 3 seconds to power them on.
- Power off: Place the earphones into the charging case with the lid closed, or long-press the earphone's touching area for 5 seconds. Earphones will automatically power off if not connected for 3 minutes.
- Bluetooth pairing: After powering on, the earphones enter auto-pairing mode. On your mobile device, find and connect to Bluetooth "J80". Pairing is typically successful within 3 seconds, indicated by a sound.
- Charging indication: Use a Type-C cable to charge the case. An orange light flashes during charging and stays solid when fully charged. When the case charges the earphones, a green light stays on and turns off when the earphones are fully charged. A flashing green light on the case indicates it needs charging.
- Phone call mode: To answer a call, double-touch any earphone. To hang up during a call, double-touch any earphone. To reject an incoming call, long-press any earphone for 2 seconds.
- Earphone controls:
- Double-touch left or right earphone: Play/Pause, Answer/Hang up call.
- Triple-touch left earphone: Skip back.
- Triple-touch right earphone: Skip forward.
- Long press left or right earphone for 3 seconds: Activate voice assistance.

- Do not place sharp metal objects near the device's earpiece or speaker, as they may adhere and cause injury.

- This device and its accessories contain small parts. Keep them out of children's reach to prevent accidental damage or suffocation hazards.
- This device is not a toy; children should use it under adult supervision.
Battery safety
- Do not disassemble, modify, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids to prevent leakage, fire, or explosion.
- Do not drop, crush, or puncture the battery, as this can cause internal short circuits and overheating.
- The device has a non-removable built-in battery. Do not attempt to replace it yourself. Battery replacement must be done by Huawei Customer Service Center.

Warranty Service
A. Free Warranty: During normal use, if the product experiences non-artificial damage or performance failure, consumers are entitled to a 12-month free warranty from the date of purchase.
B. Warranty Exclusions: Consumers cannot avail free warranty benefits under the following circumstances:
