MONTAGE-KIT SOLOSITZ ,,TITANIUM / TITANIUM 2" FÜR HARLEY-DAVIDSON SOFTAIL-MODELLE (2018-) PACKLISTE: Menge 1 2 2 1 1 1 2 2 2 Beschreibung Rahmenabdeckung Linsenkopfschraube UNC1/4*3/4 U-Scheibe 6*15 Solositzhalter vorne Sechskantschraube M8*20 U-Scheibe 8*20 Sprungfeder-Imitat (30mm) Inbusschraube M8*45 Lochstopfen HD MONTAGEANLEITUNG: Hinweis: Solo-Sitz separat erhältlich! Bauen Sie den Originalsitz ab. Lösen Sie die hintere Tankbefestigung und kippen Sie den Tank etwas nach oben. Achtung: Dabei nicht die Benzinleitung und/oder die Kabel der Benzinpumpe beschädigen! Entfernen Sie die kleine Inbusschraube des vorderen Sitzhalters unter dem Tank und nehmen Sie den vorderen Sitzhalter ab. Befestigen Sie den Tank wieder mit der Originalschraube und ziehen Sie diese mit 15-18 Nm fest. Entfernen Sie die Kabelbinder am Heckfender, damit die Kabel der Heckbeleuchtung nicht durch die Sitz-Grundplatte beschädigt werden können! Entfernen Sie die originale Sitzbefestigung im Heckfender und verschließen Sie die Löcher im Heckfender mit den beiliegenden Lochstopfen. Entfernen Sie die Schrauben (A,B,C,D) und entfernen Sie den vorderen Sitzhalter, sowie die hintere Querstrebe über dem Stoßdämpfer. Hinweis: Die Schrauben B werden später an Position A verwendet! Bei Modellen ab 2021: Schneiden Sie den Kunststoffhalter bündig am ECM ab. Montieren Sie den Solositz an der Grundplatte vor! Befestigen Sie dazu die Sprungfeder-Imitate und die Sitzschale mit den beiliegenden Inbusschrauben an der Grundplatte. Montieren Sie außerdem noch den vorderen Sitzhalter von unten am Sitz und ziehen Sie die beiliegende Sechskantschraube M8*20 nur handfest. Montieren Sie die Grundplatte inklusive dem vorderen Sitzhalter am Rahmen. Verwenden Sie hierbei die Schrauben B an der Position A und nutzen Sie die beiliegenden Linsenkopfschrauben UNC1/4*3/4 zur Befestigung an Position B. Verwenden Sie die Originalschrauben an Position D und ziehen Sie diese mit 23-27 Nm fest. Ziehen Sie die vordere Sitz-Befestigungsschraube mit 12 Nm fest. Das Thunderbike-Team wünscht viel Vergnügen. Remove the OEM seat. Loosen the rear fuel tank bolt and lift up the fuel tank a bit. Attention: Don't damage the fuel line and/or the cables of the fuel pump! Remove the little Allen head screw of the front seat bracket underneath the fuel tank and remove the bracket. Mount the fuel tank using the OEM screw and tighten it with 15-18 Nm (11-13,2 ft-lbs) torque. Remove the cable clamps from the rear fender to make sure the wires of the rear lightning won't get damaged by the new frame plate! Remove the OEM seat nut from the rear fender and close the holes with the included plugs. Remove the screws (A,B,C,D) and remove the front seat bracket and the rear cross brace. Tip: The screws B will be used further on position A! On models 2021->: Cut off the plastic bracket even on the ECM. Mount the seat to the frame plate! Therefor install the spring imitations and the seat plate to the frame plate using the included Allen head screws. Additionally, mount the front seat bracket to the seat using the included hex screw M8*20 and tighten it only by hand! Mount the frame plate with the front seat bracket to the frame. Use the screws B on position A and use the included Lens head screws UNC1/4*3/4 on position B. Use the OEM screws on position D and tighten them with 23-27 Nm (17-20 ft-lbs) torque.
