PixLinkCam Quick Installation Guide
Please read the instructions carefully before use.
Add a Device
Click '+' to add the activated camera, or click the '+' button in the upper right corner of the App. The connection modes include direct connection to the Device AP, network distribution for the Device AP, and Online Device Addition.
Add 4G Device: Select a connection mode. Tap 'Device AP Direct Connection' to connect the device. Go to WIFI configuration and select the appropriate hotspot (e.g., "DGOF-" format). If the connection is successful, return to the APP and the device is added. (If the APP does not automatically add devices, click search to add devices).
Download and Install PixLinkCam APP
Scan the QR code below to download and install the "PixLinkCam" APP. iOS is available on Apple Store and Android is available on Google Play. Note: It is recommended to use a browser or a third-party scanning software to scan and download the APP. The scanning function of WeChat does not support downloading apps directly.

Device Connection Modes
AP Connection: Hotspot connection from phone and device.
AP Distribution Network: Configure WiFi for signals from mobile phones and devices.
Add Online Device: Add devices that are already connected.
Using the Camera
Once the camera is online, click on the camera you just added to watch the live video. You can control the device in the video interface and click the page icon to set it as required.
Viewing Multiple Screens: Click on the top right corner "88" icon to view multiple video screens at the same time.
Product Setting Interface Functions
Camera Settings: Includes Wifi, User, Alarm, Restart options.
Alarm Settings:
- Push server
- Motion detection switch
- Alarm push
- Alarm delay (seconds)
- Detection sensitivity
Motion Detection Function: When enabled, the device will automatically take pictures when dynamic activity is detected.
Troubleshooting and Notes
Connection Issues:
- Ensure the mobile phone is connected to the camera's AP hotspot.
- Common routers are supported. Public routers requiring login page authentication are not supported.
- Verify the network name, password, and UID.
- Chinese WiFi names, passwords, and special characters are not supported.
- 5G WiFi signals are not supported.
Common Problems:
- APP cannot search/configure network: Confirm device connection and check APP usage permissions.
- Camera prompts for username/password or incorrect user: The default password is 'admin'. Reset the camera to factory settings to retrieve default credentials.
- How to restore to factory settings: Press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds until the camera restarts.
FCC Statement
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.

- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

To assure continued compliance, any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate this equipment.

FCC Radiation Exposure Statement
The equipment complies with FCC Radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.
