Initial Setup and Notes
Please charge the device for 10 hours before turning it on.
For Spanish users: To change the display language, navigate to Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Language, then select Spanish.
Product Overview
The iVIEW 1786AIO is a 17.3-inch All-in-One Portable PC featuring a multi-touch IPS screen with 1920x1080 High Resolution. It is powered by an Intel® Celeron® Processor N4120 Quad Core CPU and 4GB of RAM, running Windows 10 Operating System. Storage includes 64GB of internal storage, expandable via Micro SD card up to 128GB. It features a 2.0 MP front camera for video calls and a 2600 mAh battery for portability.

Keyboard & Mouse Setup
Connect the wireless keyboard and mouse using the provided USB receiver. Ensure batteries are inserted correctly (Keyboard: 2 AAA; Mouse: 2 AAA). The mouse DPI button allows switching between Quick (1200DPI) and Slow (800DPI) response speeds.
System Setup & Account Setup
Windows will guide you through internet connection and system preferences. You can sign in with an existing Microsoft account or create a new one. An 'Offline account' option is available for users who prefer not to use a Microsoft account, though some features like the Microsoft Store require a Microsoft account.
Desktop Functions
Windows Start Menu
Accessed by clicking the Windows icon ? or pressing the Windows key on your keyboard. Displays apps, settings, and power options. Some features require a Microsoft Account.
Touch Screen Commands
- Task View: Slide from the left edge to the right to view open applications.
- Action Center: Slide from the right edge to the left to access notifications and quick settings.
- Zoom Out: Place two fingers on the screen and pinch inwards.
- Zoom In: Place two fingers on the screen and pinch outwards.
- Scroll Up/Down: Place one finger and slide up or down.
- Drag & Drop: Tap and hold an item, then slide it to a new location.
- Context Menu: Tap and hold on an item for two seconds to open a context menu, similar to a right-click.
Personalization
Pin frequently used applications to the Start Menu or taskbar for quick access. Unpin applications by right-clicking or tap-and-holding and selecting 'Unpin'.
Split-Screen
To use two applications side-by-side, open both apps, drag one to the left edge to dock it, then select the second app for the right side. A divider bar allows adjusting screen space.
Additional Functions
Sleep, Restart, Shut Down
Access these options via the Start Menu's Power options.
Forced Reset/Shutdown
If the device freezes, press and hold the Power button for 8-12 seconds.
Recovery
To reset the device to factory settings (erasing all data), navigate to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC. Choose 'Remove everything' and then 'Just remove my files' for a secure reset. Ensure the device is plugged in during the process.
Bluetooth
Enable Bluetooth via the Action Center. Pair devices by tapping and holding the Bluetooth icon and selecting 'Go to Settings'. Send/Receive Files: Use the Bluetooth icon on the desktop to 'Send a File' or 'Receive a File'.
Account Management
Manage user accounts via Settings > Accounts. Options include creating offline accounts, signing in with Microsoft accounts, changing passwords, and adding verification methods. 'Family & Other Users' allows adding multiple users.
Storage Expansion
Micro SD Card
Insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB) into the card slot until it clicks.
Internal Hard Drive
Power off the device. Unscrew the cover on the back. Insert a 2.5" SATA HDD or SSD into the compartment and connect it. Re-attach the cover.
