Apply for a SIM Card
Select a GSM card from a local service provider. It must be a Micro SIM card and support 2G network with caller ID enabled.

Inserting SIM Card
Note: Turn off the watch before inserting the SIM card.
Open the rubber cover and insert the Micro SIM card with the chip facing up. Reboot the watch after successful insertion and wait for the signal.

Download the APP
Use your phone to scan the QR code below to download and install the SeTracker app.

Alternatively, search for "SeTracker" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Register
Complete the app installation and register your personal account:
- Register Code: ID number or register code (not IMEI number).
- Account: Your monitoring phone number.
- User Alias: Baby's name.
- Password: Set a six-digit password.
- Select APP language: Choose your preferred language.
- Choose your location: Select your region (e.g., HK, Europe and Africa, Asia and Oceania, North America and South America).

Log in
After registration, log in using your account and password. Ensure the correct app language and location are selected.

Setting
Log in to the app and access the settings:
- Phone Book/Contacts: Save necessary phone numbers. Only saved numbers can call the watch. It is recommended to add friends' numbers as well.
- SOS Number: Set SOS numbers (e.g., Mum, Dad, Brother).
- Save Button: Remember to click the save button after making changes.

Remote Camera
In the app, navigate to "R_Camera" to take photos. The refresh frequency is 30 seconds. Photos can be amplified, rotated, and their dates checked.

Calling
A: To call the watch from your phone: Dial the watch's number. Press Key 1 or 3 to answer, or Key 2 to cancel.
B: To call from the watch:
- Navigate to the phonebook, select a saved number, and press to call.
- Long press Key 2 to call SOS numbers sequentially.
- Short press Key 2 to cancel a call.
Key Functions:
- Key 1: Answer/Cancel call
- Key 2: SOS call / Cancel call
- Key 3: Answer call

Flashlight
Method 1: Short press Key 1 twice to turn the flashlight on/off.
Method 2: Navigate to the flashlight function on the watch screen and select On or Off.

Location
Ensure the watch is on and has a signal. Open the map on the app to view the real-time position.
Note on Positioning: Indoor positioning uses LBS, which may have deviations depending on the distance to the base station. Outdoor positioning switches to GPS, narrowing the deviation range. Unstable positioning while moving is normal and not a quality issue.

Common SIM Card Issues:
- Ensure the SIM card has a GSM network.
- Ensure it supports 2G data.
- Ensure caller ID is enabled.
Troubleshooting:

No Signal:
- Verify the SIM card type, size, and 2G network support.
- Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly. Turn off the watch, insert the card, then reboot.

Device Cannot Connect to Network when Saving Numbers:
- Check if the watch has a signal and can receive calls.
- Ensure the watch is powered on before using the app.
- Confirm the SIM card has a data package, sufficient credit, and is active.
- Verify the watch ID matches the tag ID.
- If issues persist, send "pw,123456,ts#" to the watch's number. Send the response message and watch rear cover to your local dealer.

Dialed Number Busy:
- Check for GSM signal.
- Ensure phone numbers are saved in the app.
- Check if "Do Not Disturb" is enabled in the app and disable it if necessary.

Time Not Updating Automatically:
The watch updates time automatically when connected to data. If not, send "pw,123456,ntpservers,121.4.3.19.219,8089#" from your phone to the watch. Reboot the watch after receiving a response.

Positioning Function Not Working:
- Try again outdoors.
- When the watch is in sleep mode, it enters power-saving mode, disabling data upload. Refresh positioning or shake the watch to wake it up.

Neither Charging Nor Booting:
- Try a different USB cable to rule out damage.
- Press and hold the POWER key for 50 seconds, then recharge. The watch should indicate charging after 1 minute. Reboot afterwards.
- If still not working, the watch may need a recovery time. Recharge after two days.

No Voice on Watch or Phone:
Check the volume during a call. If the volume is at maximum and there is still no voice, the speaker may be damaged and require repair.

Watch Not Receiving Calls:
Apply for caller ID display function from your local operator.

Cannot Connect When Calling from Watch:
Check the GSM signal displayed on the screen. If no signal, the SIM card may be loose; try reinserting it.
