About This Guide
This Quick Start Guide is applicable to the MT-100. Please read it carefully to fully benefit from your device.

Notice: Please check all accessories before discarding packaging. Contact your dealer if any parts are missing or damaged.
Initial Setup:
- Insert the SIM/TF card into its slot. SIM cards can be inserted into SIM 1, SIM 2, or both. The device supports Nano SIM cards and MicroSD cards.
- Place the battery into the compartment, then attach and lock the cover.
- Press and hold the power button until the screen lights up to turn on the device. Press the power button briefly to put the device screen to sleep, and press again to wake it up.
Charging
Connect the LTE handheld device to a power adapter using the USB Data Cable.
- A red light on the device indicates that the battery is charging.
- A green light indicates that the battery is fully charged.
Notice: Always use TELOX original batteries and chargers. The warranty does not cover damage caused by non-TELOX accessories.
Caution
- Handle the device with care; it is a complex electronic device and can be damaged by drops, impacts, bending, or sitting on it.
- Ensure the charger/USB port and microSD/SIM card slot covers are properly sealed and free from obstructions.
- Do not use the charger/USB port for charging or data transmission if the device is wet. Ensure it is completely dry first.
- Avoid storing the device in environments with corrosive materials.
- Do not pull the device by its antenna or accessories.
- Power off and remove the battery before cleaning the device.
- Use a dry, lint-free cloth or a soft brush to clean the device and charger port.
- Avoid using chemical agents like detergents, alcohol, aerosol sprays, or oil-based preparations for cleaning.
- Ensure the device is completely dry after cleaning before use.
FCC Statement
15.19 Labeling requirements: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
15.21 Information to user: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
15.105 Information to user: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) information: This product meets government requirements for exposure to radio waves. Guidelines are based on standards developed by independent scientific organizations. The standards include a substantial safety margin to assure the safety of all persons.
FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement: The SAR limit in the USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations when used at 25mm from the front face and 10mm from the product, 0mm from the belt, to comply with FCC RF exposure requirements. The use of belt clips, holsters, and similar accessories should not contain metallic components. Accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.
CE Warning
- Use caution with earphones; excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.
- Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.
- The product shall only be connected to a USB interface of version USB 2.0 or higher.
- The adapter shall be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible.
- EUT Operating temperature range: -20°C to 50°C.
- Adapter Specifications: Input: AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz 0.3A; Output: DC 5V 2A. The plug is considered the disconnect device.
- The device complies with RF specifications when used at 5mm from the body without belt-clips, 0mm from the body with belt-clips, and 25mm from the face.
- To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
