Buyers of new John Deere 6R Series utility tractors can now lock in annual maintenance costs and be in a better position to prevent downtime. It's all possible with John Deere Protect™. Available to customers who purchase a new 6R tractor, John Deere Protect offers a plan that is designed to improve performance and efficiency and reduce costs.

You can buy the John Deere Protect Maintenance Plus Plan when purchased in conjunction with a PowerGard™ Comprehensive Protection Plan². The John Deere Protect plan is designed to help you maintain original performance and uptime of your new John Deere 6R tractor for the first 36 months/1,500 or 3,000 engine hours (with no deductible³ and no additional charges).

MAINTENANCE PLUS

John Deere Protect Maintenance Plus Plan includes:

3 Annual Expert Inspections: The 83-point inspection ensures that all critical areas of the tractor are evaluated by an expert technician from your local dealer and identifies potential problems to avoid costly, unplanned downtime. Coverage term is 36 months/1,500 or 3,000 engine hours.
3 to 7 Scheduled Maintenance Events: Includes all recommended preventative maintenance at required hour intervals. Local dealer expert technicians perform all maintenance and utilize Genuine John Deere parts and fluids. Coverage term is 36 months/1,500 or 3,000 engine hours.
24-Hour Uptime Assurance: Enables you to keep working if your 6R tractor is sidelined and cannot be repaired within 24 hours. Subject to machine availability, a rental machine will be provided while yours is being repaired. To qualify, every expert inspection and maintenance event (and all suggested adjustments and repairs) must be completed by your local John Deere dealer.

Minimum PowerGard Comprehensive coverage of 36 months/1,500 or 3,000 hours must be purchased to match the John Deere Protect plan desired. Longer PowerGard plans can be purchased if desired.
