Notes
- The company reserves the right to modify the contents of this manual without any further notification. It is normal that some functions may vary in certain versions of software.
- Please charge this product with the supplied cable for at least 2 hours before first use.
- Before using the product, connect to the APP to synchronize time and set personal information.
- This product has an IP68 waterproof rating but is not suitable for deep sea diving. Hot water, tea, and corrosive liquids can damage the watch; such damage is not covered by the product warranty or free maintenance services.
1. How to Wear Your Watch
Please wear the device on your wrist correctly, about one finger width from the carpal bone, and adjust it to a comfortable position. For heart rate monitoring, wear the device a little tighter.

2. How to Download & Connect to App
a. Methods to download & install the APP:
- Scan the "ICE" QR code to download and install the "ICE ONE" APP. [Visual representation of a QR code labeled "ICE"]
- Alternatively, find the QR code on the watch's settings page: Turn on the watch, navigate to "Settings > About > Download QR code", and scan the QR code to download and install the "ICE ONE" APP.
- You can also search for "ICE ONE" in the App Store or Play Store to download and install the "ICE ONE" APP.
b. Connecting the App: Open the "ICE ONE" APP, select "Add Device" on the device page, and follow the on-screen instructions.

c. How to Connect to Bluetooth Call Feature
For most Android phones, after connecting to the app, a "PAIR" pop-up will appear. Choose to pair with "ICE 1.0_CALL" to finalize the connection.
For iOS and some Android phones, after connecting to the app, go to your mobile phone's Bluetooth settings, search for and select "ICE 1.0_CALL", then click to pair. The Bluetooth call feature will be available after pairing.
TIPS:
- Upgrade the APP to the latest version for the best experience.
- It is recommended to use the watch with a mobile phone running Android 5.0 or iOS 9.0 or above.
- When connecting with an iPhone for the first time, a "Pair" reminder will appear. Click to pair for incoming calls and instant messages.
- When connecting with an Android phone for the first time, a "Permissions" reminder will appear. Follow the guide and grant necessary permissions for all functions to work properly.
- Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth, GPS, and network connections are turned on for successful connection.
- If the device cannot be found or connected, try resetting or turning the watch off and on again.
3. Operating Instructions
Shortcut page: Slide down from the main page to access the shortcut page.

Main Menu Page: Slide up from the main page to access the Main Menu List.

Split-screen browser: Slide right from the main page to enter split-screen mode. Press the side button or slide left to return to the main page.

Add functions page: Slide left from the main page to enter the Add components page. There are 7 components available. Click "+" to add components. Press and hold the screen to delete a component.

4. Functions
Quick access to change watch face: Press and hold the watch face for 3 seconds to enter the watch face interface. Swipe left to switch watch faces and tap to select.
Shut down: Press and hold the side button for 3 seconds to turn off the watch.
When using normal functions, press the side button to return to the previous interface. When in the watch face interface, press the side button to turn the screen on/off.
Sports: Records daily steps, distance covered, and calories burned. Detailed analysis and data records are available in the APP.
Bluetooth call: Enables Bluetooth call function (refer to section 2c). Features include Recent calls, Dial keyboard (for dialing numbers), and Contacts (syncable from the APP).
Sleeping: Records and displays total sleep duration, deep sleep, and light sleep from the previous night. Detailed analysis and data records are available in the APP.

Heart rate monitor: Measure current heart rate. Enable all-day heart rate monitoring via the APP. The watch records and displays heart rate for 24 hours based on the selected monitoring period. Blood pressure monitor: Test current blood pressure and view the last 7 test results. Detailed analysis and data records are available in the APP. (This information is for reference only and cannot be used as a basis for medical decisions.)

Blood oxygen monitor: Test current blood oxygen levels and view the last 7 test results. Detailed analysis and data records are available in the APP. (This information is for reference only and cannot be used as a basis for medical decisions.)

Additional Functions
Training: Supports over 100 sports modes including walking, outdoor running, cycling, skipping, and badminton. Detailed analysis and data records are available in the APP.
Weather: Displays current weather conditions and a 5-day forecast. Requires APP connection for data retrieval. Weather information will not update if the connection is lost for an extended period.
Notifications: Synchronizes and displays the last 5 information notifications from your phone (requires enabling "message notification" in the APP).
AI voice assistant: Activate by saying the wake-up word for your phone's AI assistant (e.g., "Hey Siri" for iPhone). Ensure Bluetooth is successfully connected.
Camera control: After connecting to the APP, use the watch as a remote camera control for your mobile phone. Open the camera app on your phone, then tap the watch's camera control page to trigger the shutter.
Timer: Select a timer period from the displayed list for countdowns.
Breathing training: Choose relaxation or sleep aid modes for corresponding breathing exercises.
Alarm clock: Synchronize alarm settings with the APP. Set up to 3 alarms, and turn them on or off.
Music control: Control music playback (play/pause, previous/next song) and volume adjustments on your phone after connecting the watch to the APP.
Stopwatch: Use this function to measure time intervals.
Torch: Illuminates the watch screen to light up the surrounding area.
Find phone: Check the connection status between your phone and watch.
Settings: Options include Ring/Vibrate, Battery Saver, Phone, Call Reset, System (Reboot/Shut Down/Factory Reset), Display, Do not disturb, and About.
5. Other Functions
Includes Pedometer, Calories tracking, Sedentary behavior reminders, Do not disturb mode, low battery alerts, incoming call reminders, shake-to-take-photo feature, intelligent split-screen display, customizable watch faces, 12/24h time system, unit settings, physiological cycle reminders, goal achievement tracking, games, and more.
6. Languages
Supported languages include: English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Chinese.
7. Charging
1. Attach the charging cable to the watch charging port, ensuring the metal pins are completely connected.
2. Use correct charging adapters rated at 5V, 0.5A.
If the smartwatch cannot be turned on after prolonged disuse, clean the metal charging pins with a dry cloth to ensure proper connection.
8. Warranty
Each watch comes with a 2 YEAR LOCAL WARRANTY against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers all parts except the battery, strap, and charging cable.
The free warranty service does not cover defects resulting from:
- Personal assembly or disassembly.
- Damage caused by dropping the watch during use.
- Man-made damage or damage due to third-party fault, improper use (e.g., water ingress, shattering from external forces, scratching).
Please provide the completed warranty card when requesting aftersales services. Contact dealers directly for warranty services. This limited warranty is void if the defect is caused by abuse or tampering with the watch.
TIPS:
- To ensure waterproof performance, do not open the back cover without authorization and avoid soaking the watch in hot water, hot tea, or corrosive liquids.
- This product contains a lithium battery. Please take it to a designated battery recycling point for proper disposal.
Extra Band: Replace the Strap
Remove the strap from the watch by sliding the quick-release lever on the strap.
