Product Size and Wiring Diagrams

Product Dimensions: The driver measures 110mm in length, 35mm in width, and 20mm in height. A minimum mounting hole size of 40mm (1.57 inches) is recommended.

Wiring Diagram 1: Brightness Adjustment (0-10V)

Connect the AC input to terminals L and N. Connect the DC output to LED+ and LED-. Connect the dimming control signal to DIM- and DIM+. Recommended wire diameter for AC input is 0.75-1.5mm² (20-16AWG) with a strip length of 5-6mm. Recommended wire diameter for DC output and dimming is 0.5-1.5mm² (22-16AWG) with a strip length of 5-6mm.

Wiring Diagram 2: Color Temperature Adjustment (0-10V)

Connect the AC input to terminals L and N. Connect the two color channels of the LED to LED-W, LED-C, and LED+. Connect the dimming control signal for color temperature to CCT+ and DIM-. Recommended wire diameter and strip length are the same as for Brightness Adjustment.

This diagram shows separate connections for brightness (DIM-, DIM+) and color temperature (CCT+, DIM-) control signals, along with AC input (L, N) and LED output (LED-W, LED-C, LED+).

Wiring Diagram 4: Simultaneous Brightness and Color Temperature Adjustment (Four-wire LED connection)

This configuration uses a four-wire LED connection. AC input is connected to L and N. The dimming control signals for brightness and color temperature are connected to DIM-, DIM+, CCT+, and DIM-. The LED outputs are connected to LED-W, LED-C, and LED+.

Note on Constant Power Design: The driver features a constant power program design, ensuring consistent brightness during color temperature dimming. It allows connecting loads up to twice the rated power per channel, with the total power across channels maintained within the driver's limit (e.g., a 12W driver can support 12W x 2 channels).

Application and Installation

Protective Cover Application Diagram:

  1. Use a screwdriver to pry open the protective cover and wire fixing board on the side of the housing. Remove the wire fixing board and connect the wires according to the wiring diagram.
  2. Install the wire fixing board, press it down, and then snap the protective cover back into place while holding the wire fixing board with a small flat-head screwdriver.

Installation Precautions:

Using the NFC Lighting APP

Scan the provided QR code with your NFC-capable mobile phone (Android or iPhone 8 and later with iOS 13+) to download and install the NFC Lighting APP.

Important: Ensure the LED driver is powered OFF before setting parameters.

Read/Write LED Driver:

  1. Read Driver: Open the APP, tap "Read/Write LED driver", and hold your phone's NFC sensing area near the driver's NFC logo to read its parameters.
  2. Edit Parameters: Tap "Parameter settings" to adjust advanced parameters such as output current, dimming mode, and power-on fading time.
  3. Write to Driver: After setting parameters, tap "Write" in the upper right corner. Hold your phone's NFC sensing area near the driver's NFC logo to write the new parameters.

The app interface displays options for reading/writing, parameter management, and saving settings.

Flicker Test Sheet

This section details flicker performance according to IEEE 1789 standards. It includes tables defining modulation depth limits based on waveform frequency for Low Risk, High Risk, and No Effect zones, and a graphical representation of these zones.

The test results for different current ranges are marked on the chart. At 100% brightness, the output frequency is 0Hz with 0% modulation, which is not depicted on the chart.
