Quick Start Guide
1. At a glance

2. Charge
Plug the Type C cable into the headset's USB-C charging port and connect to the Type C power source.
Note: Fully charge before use. Any attempt to remove or replace your battery will damage your headset.
3. Connect and go
- Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
- Turn on your headset.
- Follow the voice prompt's instruction.
- Select HK126 from the Bluetooth menu of your device.
4. Fit and comfort
Ensure a comfortable and secure fit:
Ear hook: Shown for left and right ear placement.

6. Connect to the second device
Connect your headset with two devices at the same time:
- Before pairing the second device, turn off Bluetooth on the previously paired device. Then pair the second device following the 'Connect and go' section.
- Once paired to the second device, your headset is ready to connect with either or both devices when it is turned on.

8. Warranty and Regulatory Information
This section provides details on the limited warranty and regulatory compliance for Motorola products and accessories.
Limited Warranty
Coverage: Meizhou Guo Wei Electronics Co., Ltd. ("MZGW") warrants Motorola branded products and certified accessories against defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage.
- Consumer Products: 1 year from the date of original purchase by the first consumer purchaser.
- Consumer Accessories: 90 days from the date of original purchase by the first consumer purchaser.
- Repaired or Replaced Items: The balance of the original warranty or 90 days from the date returned to the consumer, whichever is longer.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity or batteries that leak.
- Damage from abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, improper operation/storage, physical damage, contact with liquids, extreme conditions, commercial use, or unauthorized acts.
- Products or accessories not of the Motorola brand or not approved by Motorola.
- Defects or damage resulting from unauthorized service, modification, or use of altered products (e.g., tampered serial numbers).
- Issues related to communication services or signals.
Obtaining Warranty Service:
Visit motorolasound.com/support for instructions. You will need to provide the product, proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and your contact information. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
