Cautions
- The ozone generator is a high-voltage product and should be placed in a safe place and ensured to be in a solid state when in use.
- When the ozone generator is working, ensure there are no people, pets, or living things in the room.
- Ozone has strong oxidizing properties; the operating time of the device should not exceed 2 hours each time.
- Ozone is extremely unstable and decomposes into oxygen (O2) within a few hours, leaving no pollution or residue.
- Ozone has a distinct smell; if you are sensitive to the smell of ozone, please keep away from the device.
- Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the device without authorization. If it is not used for a long time, the power supply should be cut off.
- The device must be powered off during maintenance, and the power must be cut off immediately if any abnormality is found.
Functional Application
Ozone (O3) is an allotrope of oxygen (O2) and is gaseous at room temperature. At low concentrations, it is colorless with a grassy smell. Ozone possesses strong oxidizing properties, making it effective against bacteria, harmful chemicals (like formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia), leading to sterilization, disinfection, deodorization, and decomposition of harmful gases. It is recognized globally for its ability to directly sterilize food and beverages.
- The strong oxidizing properties of ozone can remove toxic substances released by decoration, synthetic boards, and paints. It kills airborne bacteria and viruses, eliminates microorganisms in carpets, prevents flu, and increases indoor oxygen content.
- Ozone offers excellent odor removal performance by decomposing odor-causing substances like amine R3N, hydrogen sulfide H2S, and methyl mercaptan CH2SH.
