Installation Instructions
1) Remove existing Nabertherm exhaust stack by removing the two screws holding the stack to the side of the kiln.
2) Using the two screws from step 1, Install the new Vent Master exhaust stack
3) Secure one end of the black hose to the bottom of the exhaust stack using one of the 5cm clamps.
4) Secure the other end of the hose to one of the intake ports of the blower assembly using a 5cm clamp.
5) The Vent Master blower assembly can be mounted on the floor or wall. The exhaust of the Vent Master must be connected to a 10cm diameter duct that meets local building codes and vented to the outside.

Operating Your Vent Master
1) Remove magnetic band from the exhaust stack (if in place). 2) Turn blower switch on 3) Fire kiln per owners manual.
To shorten the length of time it takes to cool the kiln, the damper adjustment on the bottom of the kiln should be in the full open position after the kiln has reached peak temperature. Optional: To accelerate cool down, the bottom three holes of the exhaust stack can be covered with the magnetic band provided once the internal temperature inside the kiln reaches 400C. Optional: The provided plastic cap can be used to cover the second intake tube if not being used to vent a second kiln.
