We are not responsible for order delays resulting from checks with insufficient funds, declined credit cards, or orders submitted with insufficient information. Money orders and checks are valid for US mail orders only. Sorry, we cannot accept cash or purchase orders. Although we strive for accuracy, actual products may not be identical to items shown. Unless noted, dolls, outfits, and accessories are sold separately. Dolls cannot always be posed or hold accessories as shown. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders for any reason. Not all American Girl products are featured in every catalogue. Ear piercing costs $14 and is available for 18" My American Girl® dolls at the time of purchase and through the Doll Hospital.

Shipping:

Our goal is to carefully ship your order to its destination as quickly as possible. Our shipping and processing fees include the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging your products, and delivering them to the designated recipient(s). To estimate standard delivery times, call or order online. To ensure delivery by a certain date, we recommend using rush delivery options. In most cases, we ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs/FPOs, US territories, Alaska, and Hawaii by First Class Priority Mail. Shipping to Canada: Add $5 for standard shipping and processing rates. All shipments are sent via Canada Post. Express shipping available for an additional charge. Some products cannot be shipped outside the United States. Canadian deliveries reflect costs paid through a customs broker for delivery to your door. All prices listed are in US currency.

Returns and exchanges:

Follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order. Allow a minimum of two business days for your request to be processed upon receipt. A refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price, or the current list price if the purchase price cannot be verified. We do not accept returns COD.

Gift wrapping:

We're happy to gift wrap any of your items at a cost of $6 each, unless otherwise noted. Most products arrive in custom bags or gift boxes at no extra charge.
