Product Overview
The Pedrollo BC-ST submersible pumps are manufactured entirely from stainless steel, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion and abrasion. They are designed for efficient drainage of dirty and residual water in domestic, civil, and industrial applications.
Equipped with a BICANAL impeller, these pumps can handle liquids containing solids up to Ø 50 mm with short fibers. They are ideal for pumping wastewater and sewage in holiday homes, country houses, and single-family dwellings.
The hydraulic design of the volute and the BICANAL impeller, resulting from advanced fluid dynamic calculations, ensures excellent performance and high energy efficiency, leading to significant energy savings.
The BICANAL impeller provides superior performance and efficiency, generating higher pressure and allowing the pumping of solids up to 50 mm in diameter, making it a highly effective solution for wastewater drainage.

Construction Features
- Pump body: AISI 304 stainless steel with ISO 228/1 threaded port.
- Base: AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Impeller: BICANAL type in micro-cast AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Motor casing: AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Motor cover: AISI 304 stainless steel for BC 10/50-ST.
- Motor shaft: Cast iron with cataphoresis treatment for BC 15/50-ST, BC 20/50-ST; AISI 431 stainless steel.
- Double mechanical seal in oil chamber: Shaft seal (MG1-14D SIC) with Silicon Carbide / Graphite / NBR materials; Pump seal with Silicon Carbide / Silicon Carbide / NBR materials.
- Capacitor (for single-phase versions only).
- Electric motor: BCm-ST: single-phase 220 V - 60 Hz or 110 V - 60 Hz with integrated thermal protection. BC-ST: three-phase 380 V - 60 Hz or 440 V - 60 Hz. Insulation class F, Protection IP X8.
- Power cable: Encapsulated with epoxy resin for absolute insulation against moisture. Standard length 10 meters. Type "H07 RN-F" (with Schuko plug for single-phase versions).
- Float switch (for single-phase versions only).
- Tilting device for float cable (for single-phase versions only). Patent No. IT0001428923.
- Anti-tear device for power cable. Patent No. EP2313658.
