Connectors

The JBL Bar 300MK2 features the following connectors on the back panel:

1. Power connector
2. USB connector (5V 500mA)
3. HDMI input
4. TV ARC / TV eARC
5. Optical input

Remote Control

Familiarize yourself with the functions of your remote control:

• 1. On/Standby: Powers the soundbar on or off.
• 2. Volume: Adjusts the volume level.
• 3. Mute/Unmute: Mutes or unmutes the audio.
• 4. Dolby Atmos: Activates Dolby Atmos processing.
• 5. Bass: Adjusts the bass level.
• 6. Sound calibration: Initiates sound calibration.
• 7. Moment (Quick access): Accesses a preset sound mode.
• 8. HDMI Input source: Selects the HDMI input source.
• 9. Bluetooth source: Selects the Bluetooth source.
• 10. TV source: Selects the TV input source.

Wall Mounting

You can mount the JBL Bar 300MK2 on a wall. Follow these steps:

1. Attach the mounting brackets to the wall using appropriate screws and wall plugs (ensure they are suitable for your wall type). The distance between the brackets should be 600mm / 23.6 inches.
2. Slide the soundbar onto the brackets.
3. Ensure the soundbar is securely attached.

Refer to the diagrams for precise placement and screw sizes (e.g., screws for mounting brackets should be ≤8mm/0.31" in diameter, and the wall plug should be ≥30mm/1.18" long. The bracket thickness is 4mm/0.16").

Connect

Connect your soundbar to your TV:

For eARC TV:

Connect an HDMI cable from the TV's HDMI eARC port to the soundbar's HDMI TV eARC port.

For ARC TV:

Connect an HDMI cable from the TV's HDMI ARC port to the soundbar's HDMI TV ARC port.

You can also connect other devices via HDMI OUT or use the Optical input.

Power On

Plug the power cord into the soundbar and then into a power outlet.

The soundbar will power on.

Sound Calibration

Calibrate the sound for your room for optimal audio performance:

1. Place the soundbar in its desired location.
2. Press the 'CALIBRATION' button on the remote control.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts or the soundbar's display to complete the calibration. You may need to press the button again to confirm.

The soundbar will indicate when calibration is 'DONE' (Terminé).

App

Enhance your experience by connecting to the JBL ONE app:

Connect your Android or iOS device to your Wi-Fi network and follow the app instructions to complete the speaker setup.

Search for "JBL ONE" on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Sound Calibration Notes

During sound calibration, environmental sound will be recorded. Hold the 'Moment' button for 10 seconds, then press it again to play the recorded audio (for US version only).
