Installation and Setup
Parts Included in Set: Bicycle Computer, Transmitter, Magnet, Adhesive Pad, Battery.
Setting Wheel Circumference:
- Determine the correct wheel circumference.
- Input the circumference value into the computer.
Transmitter and Magnet Installation:
- Place the transmitter on the side with the "sensor" sign closer to the magnet (on the inner side of the fork).
- Ensure the distance between the speed sensor and the magnet is correct (refer to manual for specific distances). The magnet is compatible with aero spokes.
- For accurate measurement, sit on the bicycle while measuring. Recommended installation by 2 people.
Setting Up the Computer:
- To enter the setup mode, press and hold the MODE button for at least 2 seconds while in the clock display mode.
- Use the MODE button to cycle through settings and the SET button to confirm or adjust values.
- Switching Between User Profiles (A/B): Hold the SET button for 3 seconds to automatically switch between Mode A and Mode B.
Data Reset:
- To reset TRIP data (RTM, DST, AVS, MXS), press and hold the SET button after resetting individual values.
- ODO (total kilometers), MEMORY, and CLOCK values cannot be reset.
Features and Functions
Scan Mode: Press MODE to turn on SCAN mode. The computer will automatically cycle through DIST, RIDE TIME, AVG SPEED, MAX SPEED every 4 seconds.
Trip Memory (7 Days): Stores measured values for the last 7 days. Press SET to view daily values. Data is displayed in the order: DATE, AVG-S, MXS, DST (changes automatically).
Speed Comparison: A dynamic arrow below the speed value indicates if the current speed is lower or higher than the user's average speed.
Temperature: Displays the current ambient temperature.
Clock: Displays time in 12/24 hour format.
Stopwatch: Functionality for timing events.
Light: Backlight function for display visibility.
Troubleshooting
No Speed Display or Incorrect Speed Readings:
- Check if the computer is in setup mode.
- Ensure the battery is correctly installed and has sufficient power.
- Verify the distance between the speed sensor and magnet is correct.
- Check if the wheel circumference setting is accurate.
- Adjust the position/angle of the sensor and magnet.
- Ensure the computer is not too far from the transmitter or that the angle is incorrect.
- Keep the computer away from sources of electromagnetic interference.
No Display, Dark, or Poorly Readable Display:
- Replace the battery.
- Check battery installation (ensure it's not backwards).
- Place the computer in an environment with a lower ambient temperature if it has been exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
Display Slowly Updates or Climate Temperature is Low:
- Place the computer in a normal temperature environment.
Possible Wireless Signal Interference:
- Interference may occur near mobile phones, computers, TVs, power banks, other wireless transmitters/devices, high-voltage sources, railway tracks, radars, etc.
Important Notes and Safety
- The computer is water-resistant (IPX6) and can be used in light rain. For heavy rain, store the computer in a dry place. If moisture enters the computer, remove the battery and dry it in a warm, dry place (do not use a hairdryer). The computer is not waterproof; do not immerse it in water.
- Always pay attention to riding and road traffic.
- Do not disassemble or modify the computer or its parts.
- Dispose of old batteries and electronic equipment (computers) in accordance with environmental regulations.
