Assembly Steps

The assembly is divided into several steps, illustrated with diagrams. Ensure all parts are correctly identified before starting.

Step 1: Base Assembly

Attach part 1 to part 2 using screws (2-20) and (5-190).

Step 2: Side Panel Attachment

Connect part 4 to part 5 using screws (2-20) and (5-190).

Step 3: Connecting Base and Side Panels

Join the assembled base and side panels using screws (2-10), (2-20), and (2-160).

Step 4: Attaching Top Panel

Secure the top panel (part 11) using appropriate screws.

Step 5: Drawer Slide Installation

Install drawer slides (parts 7 and 10) onto the side panels using screws (2-10) and (2-20).

Step 6: Drawer Assembly

Assemble the drawers using parts 3, 5, 13, and associated fittings. Ensure correct orientation for height adjustment.

Step 7: Door Hinge and Damper Mounting

Attach hinges (3-07, 3-25) and door dampers (6-312) to the cabinet doors and frame. Adjust hinges for proper door alignment.

Step 8: Final Assembly and Door Adjustment

Mount the doors and adjust the hinges for correct alignment and closing. The diagram shows how to adjust the door damping.

Step 9: Drawer Height Adjustment

The diagram illustrates how to adjust the height of the drawers (Höhenverstellung des Schubkastens).

Step 10: Door Adjustment
