Safety Warnings

Keep Out of Reach of Children

Keep the phone and all its accessories out of the reach of small children to prevent choking hazards.

Road Safety is a Priority

Do not use mobile devices while driving. Use a hands-free kit if you need to make or receive an important call while driving. In some countries, making or receiving calls while driving is illegal.

Turn Off Phone on Aircraft

Wireless devices can cause interference on airplanes. Using a mobile device during a flight is illegal and dangerous. Please ensure your phone is turned off during the flight.

Turn Off Phone in Hazardous Areas

Strictly adhere to laws, codes, and regulations regarding the use of mobile devices in risk zones. Turn off your phone before entering a place susceptible to explosion, such as gas stations, oil depots, chemical plants, or sites where flammable or explosive materials are handled.

Observe All Special Regulations

Follow the special regulations in effect for each case, such as in hospitals, and always turn off your phone when its use is prohibited or when it may cause interference or be dangerous in any way.

Medical Equipment

Use mobile devices with caution near medical apparatus, such as pacemakers, hearing aids, and other electronic medical devices, as the phone may cause interference with these types of equipment.

Interference

The conversation quality of any mobile device may be affected by radio interference. Inside the phone, there is an antenna located below the microphone; do not touch the antenna area during a conversation to avoid possible deterioration of sound quality.

Qualified Service

Only qualified personnel should repair the phone. Repairing the phone yourself may pose a serious danger and invalidates the warranty.

Accessories and Batteries

Use only official accessories and batteries. Once the battery is fully charged, do not leave your phone connected to the power source for an extended period; the phone is not designed to remain connected to the electrical current for a prolonged time, and doing so could cause damage to the phone or result in danger.

Respect Local Laws

Use the phone sensibly and appropriately, respecting the laws, norms, uses, and customs of each area.

Emergency Calls

Ensure the phone is on and in service, enter the emergency number (which will vary by country) and then press the dial key. State your location and briefly describe your situation. Do not end the call until instructed.

IMPORTANT: Like other mobile devices, this phone may not necessarily support all functions described in this guide if there are mobile network transmission problems. Additionally, some networks are not yet compatible with emergency call services. Therefore, do not rely solely on the phone for essential communications, such as first aid. For more information, consult your local network operator.

Airbags

Do not place the phone or its accessories in the deployment zone of car airbags; doing so could cause personal injury if the airbag system is activated.

Care for Your Hearing and Sight

When using headphones, ensure you adjust the volume carefully, avoiding listening to music too loudly, as it could damage your hearing. Also, do not place your phone's screen too close to your eyes and try to maintain some ambient light while using it.

Precautions

This phone is carefully designed with detailed finishes. Please exercise special care when using it. The following suggestions will help extend your phone's lifespan and guarantee the warranty period:

  • Keep the phone dry and away from rain, humidity, and any other liquid substance that could oxidize electronic circuits.
  • Do not use or store the phone in places with dust or other suspended particles, to avoid damage to the phone.
  • Do not expose the phone to any heat source, such as radiators or dryers. High temperatures shorten the life of electronic circuits and damage the battery and some plastic parts.
  • Do not store the mobile phone in extremely cold or hot environments. This phone is designed for use in environments with ambient temperatures ranging from 0°C (32°F) to 35°C (95°F); continuous exposure to very high or low temperatures can cause moisture accumulation inside the phone, damaging electronic circuits when moving from a cold to a warmer zone and shortening the lifespan of the battery and the phone.
  • Do not drop or hit the phone, as this could destroy internal circuits and high-precision components.
  • Your phone may be inspected by X-ray machines, such as those used at airport security conveyor belts, but it should not be exposed to magnetic detectors or handheld scanners.
  • Do not use cleaning products to clean your phone. Use only a clean, dry cloth.
  • Do not paint your phone. This could obstruct moving parts and slots or ventilation points of your phone.

Cellular Operation Note

Your phone can operate on the following cellular radio frequency (RF) bands:

  • GSM: 850/1900 MHz
  • UMTS: B1 (2100)/B2 (1900)/B4 (1700)/B5 (850) MHz

Product Nominal Characteristics

  • Operating Voltage: 3.7 Vcc
  • Adapter Input: 100-240 Vca - 50/60 Hz - 0.2 A
