Standard Packing List
- Li-LV LFP Battery Module
- Battery Backsheet (mounting bracket)
- Battery<-->Inverter Cables (power cables for connection between battery and inverter)
- Battery<->Inverter RJ45 Communication Cable (cable for data communication)
- M6 Expansion Screws (fasteners for mounting)
- COM Resistor (component for signal strength)
Installation Instructions
Mechanical Installation
Single battery installation
Step 1: Confirm the exact mounting position of the battery backsheet. Ensure a minimum of 200mm clearance above ground. Use M6 expansion screws to fix the battery backsheet on the wall according to the fixed position.
Step 2: Hang the battery module onto the mounted battery backsheet.
Multiple battery installation
Step 1: Confirm the exact mounting position of the battery backsheet. Ensure backsheet spacing is greater than 20mm. Use M6 expansion screws to fix the battery backsheet on the wall according to the fixed position.
Step 2: Hang the battery module onto the mounted battery backsheet.
Electric Connection
Top connection interface
The interface includes:
- Battery<-->Inverter Power Cables (+)
- Battery<-->Inverter Power Cables (-)
- Communication cables (up)
- Communication cables (down)
- Battery Reset Button
- DC Isolator
- Grounding Point
Cables Connection and COM Resistor
Step 3: Connect battery power cables and communication cables as shown in the diagrams. Plug the COM resistor into the last communication interface, which is open. The COM resistor is mandatory for strengthening the CAN Bus signal, regardless of whether it's a single battery or multiple batteries in parallel.
Wattsonic standard parallel kits
Maximum withstand current is 100A. For larger load demands, a DC Combiner box can be configured.
Start the Battery Array
Step 4: Pull on the DC Isolator to the ON position.
