Coverage Details

Premier Care covers any manufacturing defect on an ATS-manufactured unit during its lifespan, provided the unit is subscribed to TraffiCloud®. ATS covers shipping to and from the customer for manufacturing defects and reserves the right to repair or replace parts. Repairs on older units may be delayed due to parts availability. Customers will be notified if an issue is not due to a manufacturing defect and offered repairs at standard rates.

Benefits and Exclusions

• Included at 50% of Standard Repair Rates: LFP batteries; damage from misuse/abuse, vandalism, accidents, incorrect installation/operation; acts of nature; normal wear and tear (frayed cords, broken connectors, scratched enclosures).
• Not Covered by Premier Care: Loaner units during service; SLA (sealed lead acid) and trailer batteries; trailers themselves (only display units on trailers are covered).
