Troubleshooting
My Nature's Generator Powerhouse won't charge when I connect my solar panel to it.
Please follow these steps. 1. Make sure the solar panels are pointed directly towards the sun. The most efficient power
generang posion is with solar panels facing south. . The solar panels may produce lile or no power if they are posioned in the shade. 2. Check the cable connecon on your Nature's Generator Powerhouse and make sure it is properly connected. 3. If the LCD lights up but the baery bar is not running, it means the solar panels do not have high enough voltage to recharge the Nature's Generator Powerhouse or the Nature's Generator Powerhouse has been fully recharged by the solar panels.
My Nature's Generator Powerhouse Power Pod won't charge when I connect my wind turbine to it.
Please follow these steps. 1. If you are not using Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine, make sure the wind turbine
has similar characteriscs. 2. Make sure there is sufficient wind that spins the wind turbine fast enough. The wind turbine must
spin fast enough to generate higher voltage than Nature's Generator Powerhouse Power Pod before the wind turbine can charge Nature's Generator Powerhouse Power Pod. 3. Check the cable connecon on your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Power Pod and make sure it is properly connected. 4. If baery level LEDs light up, but are not running, it means the wind turbine does not have high enough voltage to recharge the Nature's Generator Powerhouse Power Pod.

Line 1 or Line 2 outlets work only with 120V AC 30A maximum (3600 was)Some devices might require grounding`before they can be used. Ground Nature's Generator Powerhouse before power this type of devices. 2. Make sure the Main Power Switch is turned on. 3. Check the baery bar. If there are four bars or less, recharge your Nature's Generator Powerhouse. Some AC device draws large amounts of power when starng up. It is recommended to recharge your Nature's Generator Powerhouse full before heavy use. 4. Make sure the AC Output Switch is turned on. The AC outlet light should be green. 5. If LED light is red, please check FUSE icon, Protecon icon and protecon code(s) on the LCD display.
My Nature's Generator Powerhouse battery drains fast.
Please follow these steps. 1. Check the waage of your AC device(s). Some devices like a hair dryer, microwave or vacuum
draw large amounts of power and thus the baery drains fast. Please always monitor the waage output informaon on the LCD display. 2. When your AC device is not in use, turn off AC outlets of your Nature's Generator Powerhouse to conserve power. The AC outlets consume a considerable amount of power while being in standby mode. 3. Installing 120V Circuits
Establish which lines will be the most crical to you in the me of a power outage. For example, let's assume that switch 3 will be designated to supply power to the kitchen lights. 1. Turn off the corresponding kitchen light circuit breaker. Undo the screw that secures the
wire to the circuit breaker. Then disconnect the wire from the circuit breaker. 2. On the transfer switch, find the wires marked with the number 3, there should be one
black and one red. 3. As figure 2 shows, feed the red 3 wire into the kitchen light breaker. Strip approximately
5/8" off from the end of the wire, connect the stripped red wire to the kitchen light circuit breaker and ghten the screw. 4. Cut the black 3 wire to a similar length for aligning with the wire removed from the kitchen light circuit breaker in step 1 above. Strip approximately 5/8" from the end of the black wire. Connect black 3 wire and the wire that was removed from the circuit breaker in step 1 by twisng a wire nut. 5. This completes the installaon of the transfer switch for backup power to your kitchen light. Repeat steps 1-6 for each of the remaining circuit.

Installing 240V Circuits
Establish which 240V lines will be the most crical to you in the me of a power outage. For example, let's assume that switch 1 and switch 2 will be designated to supply power to the pump. 1. Turn off the corresponding pump circuit breakers. Undo the screws that secure the wires to
the circuit breakers. Then disconnect the wires from the circuit breakers. 2. On the transfer switch, find the wires marked with the number 1 and number 2, Each
number shall have one black wire and one red wire. 3. As figure 2 shows, feed both red wires into the pump breakers. Strip approximately 5/8" off
from the end of the wire, connect the stripped red wire to the pump circuit breaker and ghten the screws. 4. Cut both black wires to a similar length for aligning with the wires removed from the pump circuit breaker in step 1 above. Strip approximately 5/8" from the end of the black wires. Connect black wires and the wires that were removed from the circuit breakers in step 1 by twisng wire nuts. 5. This completes the installaon of the transfer switch for backup on your pump. Repeat steps 1-6 for each of the remaining circuit.
Completing the Installation When you have wired all the load circuits in the transfer switch, only the white neutral wire and the green ground wire remain. 1. Insert the white neutral wire into an unused opening in the neutral bar in the load center
and ghten the screw (Figure 2). 2. Insert the green ground wire into an unused opening in the ground bar, if exisng, and
ghten the screw. If no ground bar exists, insert the green wire into an unused hole in the neutral bar and ghten the screw. 3. Replace the cover to the load center. 4. Fill in the chart on the transfer switch to idenfy your emergency circuits and corresponding circuit numbers in the load center. 5. Return all load center branch circuits and main breakers to the "ON" posion. 6. Move all rocker switches on the transfer switch to the "L" posion. Installaon is now complete.
