OPERATION GUIDE
EickWarm Air Veterinary Warming System
Item no. 648000
Power On
Turn the switch on the back of the main unit to the "|" position. The power indicator will light up, and the main unit will emit a prompt sound. The display will show a welcome screen, indicating that the main unit is powered on. By default, the system pre-selects the high air volume setting. Before selecting the desired temperature range, you can choose other air volume ranges.
Temperature Setting and Treatment
Press the corresponding temperature setting button 4 to set the desired temperature. The device will start treatment. During treatment, you can adjust the temperature and air intensity as needed. Select air intensity and temperature by pressing required buttons. Note that switching between air volume and temperature settings won't reset the treatment time. Pressing the standby button will restart the treatment and reset the time.
The temperature within limit indicator will flash continuously during the heating process. When the temperature is within ±1.5 °C of the selected setting, the indicator light will remain on, indicating that the target temperature has been reached.
Ending Treatment
Press the " 5 Standby" button to end the treatment. Remove the warming blanket. Turn off the power switch on the back of the device and unplug the power cord. Indications: The EickWarm Air Veterinary Warming System is designed to prevent and treat hypothermia. It can also provide thermal comfort when patients are too warm or too cold.
Device Maintenance
If a fault alarm occurs during startup or heating, turn off the power and wait 15 seconds before restarting. After use, turn off the main unit, unplug the power cord, and perform routine external cleaning on the main unit, hose, and power cord. Use a clean cotton cloth with a disinfectant solution (such as alcohol disinfectant) to wipe surfaces. Ensure the wiped parts are kept dry. If an over-temperature or abnormal heating element alarm occurs during use, troubleshoot the device after turning it off. Restart only after the device has cooled down.
Notes
This operation guide does not replace the user manual; please read the user manual carefully. Do not leave patients with poor perfusion unmonitored during prolonged warming therapy sessions to avoid thermal injury. Avoid using the hose alone to heat the patient, as it may cause thermal damage. Always use a suitable warming blanket.
