Set up the Camera on Smartphone
Step 1 Scan to download the Reolink App from the App Store or Google Play store.
Step 2 Turn on the power switch to power on the camera.

Charge the Battery
It's recommended to fully charge the battery before mounting the camera outdoors.
Charge the battery with a power adapter. (not included)
Charge the battery with the Reolink Solar Panel (Not included if you only purchase the camera).

For better weatherproof performance, always keep the USB charging port covered with the rubber plug after charging the battery.

Install the Camera
Notes on Camera Installation Position
· Install the camera 2-3 meters (7-10ft) above the ground to maximize the detection range of the PIR motion sensor.
· For effective motion detection, please install the camera angularly.
NOTE: If a moving object approaches the PIR sensor vertically, the camera may fail to detect motion.

Mount the Camera to Wall

Rotate the base to separate it from the bracket.

Drill holes in accordance with the mounting template and screw the base of the bracket to the wall. Next, attach the other part of the bracket to the base.
NOTE: Use the drywall anchors included in the package if needed.

Secure the camera by turning the part on the bracket identified in the chart clockwise.
NOTE: To adjust the camera angle later, please loosen the bracket by turning the upper part anticlockwise.

Install the Camera with Loop Strap
Thread the loop strap through the slots and fasten the strap. It is the most recommended installation method if you plan to mount the camera to a tree.
Place the Camera on a Surface
If you plan to use the camera indoors and put it on a flat surface, you may place the camera into the stand bracket and adjust the camera angle by slightly rotating the camera back and forth.

Safety Instructions of Battery Usage
Reolink Argus 3/Argus 3 Pro is not designed for running 24/7 at full capacity or around-the-clock live streaming. It's designed to record motion events and to live view remotely only when you need it. 1. The battery is built-in, so do not remove it from the camera.
2. Charge the rechargeable battery with a standard and high-quality DC 5V/9V battery charger or Reolink solar panel. Do not charge the battery with solar panels from any other brands.
3. Charge the battery when temperatures are between 0°C and 45°C and always use the battery when temperatures are between -20°C and 60°C.
4. Keep the USB charging port dry, clean and free of any debris and cover the USB charging port with the rubber plug when the battery is fully charged.
5. Do not charge, use or store the battery near any ignition sources, such as fire or heaters.
6. Do not use the battery if it gives off an odor, generates heat, becomes discolored or deformed, or appears abnormal in any ways. If the battery is being used or charged, turn off the power switch or remove the charger immediately, and stop using it.
7. Always follow the local waste and recycle laws when you get rid of the used battery.

Troubleshooting
Camera is not Powering on
If your camera is not turning on, please apply the following solutions:
· Make sure the power switch is turned on. · Charge the battery with a DC 5V/2A power adapter. When the green light is on, the battery is fully charged.

Failed to Scan QR Code on the Phone
If the camera cannot scan the QR code on your phone, please try the following solutions:
· Remove the protective film from the camera lens. · Wipe the camera lens with a dry paper/towel/tissue.
· Vary the distance between your camera and the mobile phone so that the camera can focus better. · Try to scan the QR code under sufficient lighting.

Failed to Connect to WiFi During Initial Setup Process
If the camera fails to connect to WiFi, please try the following solutions:
· Ensure that you have entered the correct WiFi password. · Put the camera closer to your router to ensure a strong WiFi signal. · Change the encryption method of the WiFi network to WPA2-PSK/WPA-PSK (safer encryption) on your router interface. · Change your WiFi SSID or password and make sure that SSID is within 31 characters and password is within 64 characters.

1. La batterie est intégrée. Ne la retirez pas de l'appareil.
2. Chargez la batterie rechargeable avec un chargeur de batterie 5V/9V CC standard et de haute qualité ou avec un panneau solaire Reolink. Ne chargez pas la batterie avec des panneaux solaires d'autres marques.
3. Chargez la batterie à des températures comprises entre 0°C et 45°C et utilisez la batterie à des températures comprises entre -20°C et 60°C.

1. La batteria è incorporata. Non rimuoverla dalla telecamera.
2. Caricare la batteria ricaricabile con un caricatore DC 5V/9V standard e di alta qualità o con il pannello solare Reolink. Non caricare la batteria con il pannello solare di altre marche.
3. Caricare la batteria quando la temperature è tra lo 0°C e i 45°C e farla funzionare semprequando la temperatura è tra i -20°C e 60°C.

La Telecamera non Si Accende

Pase la correa de velcro por las ranuras y abroche la correa. Es la manera más recomendable de instalación si planea montar la cámara en un árbol.

Si quiere usar la cámara en interiores y ponerla en una superficie plana, podría poner la cámara en el soporte para mesa y ajustar el ángulo de la cámara a través de rotar ligeramente la cámara hacia atrás y adelante.

Reolink Argus 3/Argus 3 Pro no se diseña para funcionar 24/7 a plena capacidad o para la visualización en directo permanente, sino para grabar eventos de movimiento y la transmisión remota en tiempo real sólo cuando lo necesite. 1. La batería es integrada, entonces por favor no la retire de la cámara.
2. Cargue la batería recargable con un cargador de batería estándar y de alta calidad de CC 5 V/9 V o con panel solar Reolink. No cargue la batería con un panel solar de otras marcas.
3. Cargue la batería cuando las temperaturas se encuentran entre 0 °C y 45 °C y siempre use la batería cuando las temperaturas se quedan entre -20 °C y 60 °C.
4. Mantenga seco, limpio y libre de cualquier residuos el puerto de alimentación USB, y cubra el puerto con la tapa de goma cuando la batería está completamente cargada.
5. No cargue, utilice o guarde la batería cerca de ningunas fuentes de ignición, como fuego o estufas.
6. No use la batería si emite un olor, genera calor, se vuelve descolorida o deformada, ni cuando ocurre cualquier anormalidad. Si se está usando o cargando la batería, retírela o el cargador del dispositivo de inmediato, y deje de usarla.

Cámara No Está Encendida
Si su cámara no está encendida, aplique las siguientes medidas:
· Asegúrese de que el interruptor de encendido esté activado. · Cargue la batería con un adaptador de alimentación de CC 5 V/2 A. La batería no está totalmente cargada hasta que se encienda la luz verde.

Si la cámara no logra conectarse a WiFi, por favor intente con las siguientes soluciones:
· Asegúrese de que ha ingresado la contraseña correcta de WiFi. · Acerque la cámara a su enrutador para obtener una señal fuerte de WiFi. · Cambie el método de encriptación de la red WiFi a WPA2-PSK/WPA-PSK (encriptación más segura) en la interfaz de su enrutador.
· Cambie su SSID de red o contraseña, y asegúrese de que el SSID está dentro de 31 caracteres y la contraseña está dentro de 64 caracteres. · Configure la contraseña usando sólo los caracteres disponibles en el teclado.
