MAULpro Ergonomic Footrest
Welcome! This document provides instructions for the MAULpro ergonomic footrest, available in three models: 90220 (basic), 90225 (comfortable), and 90250 (heated). Please read all enclosed instructions and information carefully and keep them for future reference.
Intended Use
The MAULpro footrest ensures a comfortable and ergonomic posture at your workstation. It is designed exclusively for use at a workstation, whether in a home office or a commercial office. Always observe the safety and usage instructions.
General Safety Instructions
⚠ Observe all warnings in the documents and on the unit!
- Only use the footrest when it is in technically perfect condition and in a safety-conscious and hazard-conscious manner.
- Only place the footrest on a suitable solid surface.
- Damaged footrests must no longer be used.
- The footrest must not be changed or modified.
- Do not leave children unattended with the footrest. It is not suitable for children.
- ⚠ Choking hazard: Please never leave children unattended with the packaging material.
- Before cleaning or maintenance, disconnect the footrest from the mains and let it cool down.
- If the connecting cable is damaged, it may only be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer, a service representative, or a similarly qualified person (electrician) to avoid hazards.
- ⚠ Risk of injury: Be careful when adjusting the footrest, risk of jamming!
- Never jump or stand on the footrest! The footrest must not be used as a stepladder or climbing aid.
- If the carpet pile is damaged or badly worn, send in the footrest for repair.
- Do not use for warming animals.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning safe use and understand the hazards involved.
Diagrams:
Page 1 diagrams illustrate the dimensions of the footrest and show the three MAULpro models. The basic model's dimensions include a height of 195mm and a width of 180mm, with an angle of 17°.
Page 2 diagrams (A-E) show assembly and connection steps. Figure A shows a component being inserted. Figure B shows two components being connected. Figure C depicts a power supply unit. Figure D illustrates a component being attached to the footrest base. Figure E provides the electrical connection diagram for the heated model, indicating a power requirement of ~230V/35W.
Use
The footrest can be placed on hard and soft floors. For sensitive floors, a commercially available floor protection mat can also be used. Please observe all written and pictorial instructions for adjusting the footrest.
Cleaning and Care
- Only clean with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.
- Do not use moisture or solvents for cleaning.
