Operation Instructions

Earbud Diagram

Earbud Components:

• MFB (Multi-Function Button)
• MIC (Microphone)
• Pins
• Eartips (M size)
• LED Light

Charging Case Diagram

Charging Case Components:

• LED light
• Pogo pins
• USB charging port

For initial use, please make sure the earbuds and case are fully charged.

Charging the Case

Please charge the case via USB cable. The LED light flashes red while charging. The red light will be off after fully charged.

Activating Earbuds and Charging Earbuds

Put both earbuds into the charging case to activate and charge them. (Pins need to be well-contacted.) The LED light on the earbuds will be red and it turns off when the earbuds are fully charged.

TWS Pairing and Connection with Cell Phone

1. Take both earbuds out of the case at the same time and they will auto power on and connect with each other.
2. The earphones are in pairing mode when one LED flashes red and blue alternately while the other one stops flashing.
3. Go to your phone setting, switch on the Bluetooth function and search for " Boult Audio AirBass Q10". Tap the name to connect both earbuds with your phone.
4. If the earbuds fail to connect, please place the earbuds back into the charging case and repeat above steps.

Wearing Earbuds

Functions

Power On

• Method 1: Take out both earbuds from the charging case and they will auto power on. (LED light will flash blue and red alternately.)
• Method 2: Press MFB for 3s to power on. (LED light will flash blue and red alternately.)

Power Off

• Method 1: Put the earbuds back into the charging case.
• Method 2: Press MFB for 3s to power off.

Answer Call/ Hang Off

Touch twice to answer incoming call and touch twice again to hang off it.

Reject Call

Press MFB for 2s to reject incoming call.

Playback / Pause

When playing music, touch once to pause it and touch again to play it.

Next Song/ Previous Song

When playing music, touch twice on any earbud to skip track forward (next song) or backward (previous song).

Voice Assistant

Press and hold MFB for 2s until the "beep" sound happen to activate voice assistant (like Siri).

Troubleshooting

If earbuds fail to connect with cellphone, no sound in left earbud or right earbud

• Method 1: Put both earbuds back into the charging case and take out again, then follow the instructions how to pair and connect.
• Method 2:
  1. Switch off the Bluetooth on your cellphone setting.
  2. Put both earbuds back into the charging case and take out again. Or press the touch area for 3s to power on. (LED light will flash blue and red alternately.)
  3. Touch twice on left earbud to enter the pairing mode. One earbud will flash red and blue and the LED light on the other earbud will turn off.
  4. Delete all previous pairing name from the pairing list on the cellphone, search for " Boult Audio AirBass Q10" and tap to connect both earbuds with your cellphone.
• Method 3: Please reset both earbuds as below and then continue with method 2 to pair again and connect.

  How to reset the earbuds:

  1. Switch off the Bluetooth on your cellphone setting.
  2. Take both earbuds out of the case, then press the touch area 3s until the LED light flash red 3 times.

Attentions

1. If the earbuds is left unused for over two weeks, please recharge it periodically.
2. Be sure to use a 5V DC, 1A charger made by qualified manufacturer.
3. Ensure that the distance between your device and the earbuds not too far away, ensure that nothing is blocking the signal between your device and the earbuds.
4. The implementation of the earbuds function will be different due to different protocols supported by different wireless device.
5. Don't disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reason to avoid any damages and danger. Don't over charge to avoid the outbreak of a fire.
6. Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C). Extreme temperatures can cause deformation of earbuds components and reduce battery life and the lifespan of your earbuds.
7. Don't put the device's LED lights close to humans' or animals' eyes. Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm. Thunderstorms can cause serious malfunction and increase the risk of electric shock.
8. Do not clean the earbuds with harsh chemicals or strong detergents.
9. Please follow our company's operation instructions. If any damage or caused due to the improper use, the responsibility shall be undertaken by the operator.
