⚠️ WARNING
DANGER means: You can be killed or seriously injured if you don't immediately follow instructions. Safety messages will tell you the potential hazard, how to reduce the chance of injury, and what can happen if instructions are not followed.
When using electrical appliances, follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury. Read all instructions before using any appliance.
- Do not operate with a damaged cord. If damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or qualified person.
- Position the ice maker so the plug is accessible. Connect to properly polarized outlets only. Ensure the plug is fully inserted.
- Do not run the power cord over carpeting or other heat insulators. Do not cover the cord. Keep cord away from traffic areas and do not submerge in water.
- Avoid extension cords; they may overheat and pose a fire risk. If an extension cord is necessary, use a minimum 14AWG size rated for at least 1875 watts.
- Unplug the ice maker before cleaning or servicing.
- Exercise caution and supervision when the appliance is used near children.
- Do not use the ice maker outdoors. Place it away from direct sunlight. Ensure at least 4 inches of space between the back of the unit and the wall, and 4 inches on each side.
- Do not use liquids other than water to make ice cubes.
- Do not clean the ice maker with flammable fluids, as fumes can create a fire hazard or explosion.
- Do not tip over the unit.
- If the ice maker is brought in from outside in winter, allow it to warm up to room temperature for a few hours before plugging it in.
- WARNING: This appliance must be earthed.
- DANGER – Risk Of Fire or Explosion. Flammable Refrigerant Used. Do Not Use Mechanical Devices To Defrost Ice Maker. Do Not Puncture Refrigerant Tubing.
- DANGER – Risk Of Fire Or Explosion. Flammable Refrigerant Used. To Be Repaired Only By Trained Service Personnel. Do Not Puncture Refrigerant Tubing.
- CAUTION – Risk Of Fire Or Explosion. Flammable Refrigerant Used. Consult Repair Manual/Owner's Guide Before Attempting To Install or Service. Follow All Safety Precautions.
- CAUTION – Risk Of Fire Or Explosion. Dispose Of Property In Accordance With Federal Or Local Regulations. Flammable Refrigerant Used.
- CAUTION-Risk Of Fire Or Explosion Due To Puncture Of Refrigerant Tubing; Follow Handling Instructions Carefully. Flammable Refrigerant Used.
- The ice maker should be installed according to ASHRAE15 safety standards for Refrigeration Systems. Do not install in corridors or hallways of public buildings.
- If the unit requires maintenance, replacement of components and servicing should be done by factory-authorized personnel to minimize ignition risks from incorrect parts or improper service.

Unpacking Your Ice Maker
- Remove exterior and interior packaging. Check for ice basket and ice scoop. Contact customer service if parts are missing.
- Remove tapes securing the ice shovel, ice basket, and ice scoop. Clean the tank and ice basket.
- Place the ice maker on a level, flat countertop away from direct sunlight and heat sources (e.g., stove, furnace, radiator). Ensure at least a 4-inch gap between the back and sides of the unit and the wall.
- Allow one hour for the refrigerant fluid to settle before plugging in the ice maker.
- Ensure the appliance is positioned so the plug is accessible.
WARNING: Fill with potable water only. Only use drinking water.
Connecting Your Ice Maker
? DANGER
* Improper use of the grounded plug can result in electrical shock. If the power cord is damaged, please call customer service.
- This unit must be properly grounded for your safety. The power cord has a three-prong plug that mates with standard three-prong wall outlets to minimize electric shock possibility.
- Plug your appliance into an exclusive, properly installed, grounded wall outlet. Never cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord. Direct any questions concerning power and/or grounding to a certified electrician.
- This appliance requires a standard 110-120volt, 60Hz electrical outlet with a three-prong ground.
Cleaning and Maintaining Your Ice Maker
It is strongly recommended to clean the ice maker thoroughly before use.
- Take out the ice basket.
- Clean the interior with diluted detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth.
- Rinse the inside parts with water and drain by unplugging the drain cap on the front bottom side.
- Clean the outside of the ice maker regularly with a mild detergent solution and warm water.
- Dry the interior and exterior with a clean, soft cloth.
- When the machine is not to be used for a long time, drain all water completely and dry the interior.
Using Your Ice Maker
- Open the cover, remove the ice basket, and pour water into the tank. Keep water level below the maximum water level mark.
- Press the [ON/OFF button] on the control panel to begin the ice-making cycle.
- Select the ice cube size by pressing the [Select button]. If the room temperature is lower than 60°F (15.5°C), it is recommended to select small ice cubes to avoid sticking.
- The ice-making cycle lasts approximately 6 to 13 minutes, depending on the selected ice cube size and room temperature. The recommended room temperature is 50°F to 105°F (10°C to 40.5°C).
- If the water pump cannot inject water, the ice maker will stop automatically, and the [Add Water indicator] will illuminate. Press the [ON/OFF button], fill water up to the maximum water level mark, and press the [ON/OFF button] again to restart. Allow the refrigerant liquid inside the compressor at least 3 minutes to settle before restarting.
- The ice maker stops when the ice basket is full, and the [Ice Full indicator] will illuminate.
- Warning: Direct sunlight or sunlight reflection may cause infrared sensor malfunction. If the unit does not stop even when ice cubes obstruct the sensor, move the unit to a location without direct sunlight.
- Change water in the water reservoir every 24 hours to ensure reasonable hygiene. If the unit isn't to be used, drain all the water and dry the tank.
