Riding Basics
- Turn on the power and check the electricity indicator.
- Stand on the deck with one foot and propel yourself with the other foot.
- Once the scooter coasts, place both feet on the deck and press the accelerator. The accelerator engages once the coasting speed exceeds 3 mph.
- Release the accelerator to engage the kinetic energy recovery system (KERS) for a slow brake. Squeeze the brake lever for a sudden stop.
- Tilt your body in the direction of the turn and slowly turn the handlebar.
Safety Warning: Wear helmets and knee pads to prevent falls and injuries while learning to ride the scooter.
Riding Notice
The iSiNwheel S9PRO electric scooter is a leisure device. When used in public areas, it is considered a vehicle and subject to the risks associated with vehicles. For your safety, adhere to the instructions in this manual and comply with all applicable government and regulatory agency traffic laws and regulations.
- Respect pedestrians' Right of Way. Avoid startling them, especially children. When passing pedestrians from behind, ring your bell to alert them and slow down. Pass on their left (for countries where vehicles drive on the right). When crossing paths with pedestrians, keep to the right and maintain a low speed. When driving across pedestrian areas, use the lowest speed or dismount.
- Follow all safety instructions in this manual. iSiNwheel is not liable for any financial losses, physical injuries, accidents, legal disputes, or other conflicts arising from actions that violate user instructions.
- Check the scooter before each use. If you notice loose parts, low battery alerts, excessive wear, strange sounds, malfunctions, or other abnormal conditions, stop riding immediately.
- WARNING – Risk of Fire – No User Serviceable Parts.
Folding and Carrying
Ensure the scooter is turned off. To fold, unlock the folding mechanism and bend the handlebar stem to hook the buckle on the rear fender. To unfold, press the bell trigger to release the buckle, erect the handlebar, and lock the folding structure.
Disc Brake Adjustment
To adjust disc brake sensitivity:
Use the Allen wrench to loosen the screw on the rocker.
- If the disc brake is too sensitive, rotate the disc brake rocker down slightly, then reinstall the screw back to the brake cable core to tighten.
- If the disc brake cannot stop the scooter, rotate the disc brake rocker up slightly, then reinstall the screw back to the brake cable core to tighten.
Notice: The disc brake may squeak during initial use until it is broken in. This is normal and does not affect the brake's function or performance.
To remove disc brake noise:
Ensure the scooter is turned off. For easier operation, place the scooter on a flat surface.
- Loosen the two screws on the pump (not the screw on the rocker).
- Adjust the position of the disc brake pump so that the brake disc is centered between the two brake pads.
- Ensure the brake disc and brake pads do not touch each other.
- Hold the disc brake pump in the desired position and retighten the screws.
Daily Care and Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage
Wipe the scooter's body with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, apply toothpaste and scrub with a toothbrush, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Notes:
- Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive/volatile chemical solvents for cleaning to prevent damage.
- Do not wash the scooter with a high-pressure water spray. Ensure the scooter is turned off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the rubber flap is closed during cleaning to prevent electric shock or other issues. Store the scooter indoors in a dry and cool place when not in use.
- Do not leave the scooter outdoors for extended periods. Excessive sunlight, overheating, and overcooling can shorten the battery pack's lifespan.
Battery Maintenance
- Use only original battery packs. Using other models or brands may pose safety risks.
- Do not touch the battery contacts. Do not dismantle or puncture the casing. Keep contacts away from metal objects to prevent short circuits, which can damage the battery or cause injury or death.
- Use the original power adapter to prevent potential damage or fire hazards.
- Improper disposal of used batteries can harm the environment. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.
- Fully charge the battery after each use to prolong its lifespan.
Storage and Disposal
- Store the scooter in a cool, dry place between 14°F and 104°F (-10°C and 40°C). Humid environments can cause condensation or water accumulation inside the scooter, potentially damaging the battery. The device is not intended for use at elevations above 2000 m. Prolonged exposure to UV rays, rain, and elements can damage the enclosure materials. Store indoors when not in use.
- Avoid recharging the scooter immediately after completely exhausting the battery. If the battery is low, charge it as soon as possible.
- Charge the scooter every two months to preserve the battery.

- (1) Body height is measured from the ground to the highest point of the body.
- (2) Battery life is measured under conditions of a full charge, a load of 150 lb (68kg), at 77°F (24°C), on a flat road without wind, and at a speed of 9.3 mph. Actual battery life may vary due to factors such as load, humidity, wind speed, and riding habits.
- (3) The maximum allowable weight, including the rider and any objects, must not exceed 264 lb (120kg). Consider the extra weight of clothing or accessories and the effect of gravity generated by speed. The scooter may not perform as expected if this load limit is exceeded.
