Periodic Brake Adjustment
To tighten the brake (reduce the gap between the brake pad and wheel), rotate the adjusting nut counterclockwise.
To loosen the brake (increase the gap between the brake and the wheel), rotate the adjusting nut clockwise.

Quick Using Guide
Installation
Step 1: Flatten the Seat
Push the seat open. This will help you proceed easily to step 2. Double-check that it is firmly installed.
Step 2: Install the Front Rollator Wheels
Find out the right and left leg. Match the leg marked 'A' with the rollator frame marked 'A' part. Match the leg marked 'B' with the rollator frame marked 'B' part. Attach the rear wheel frame tube onto the main frame tube part and lock the push button in place. You will hear a click. Tighten the quick release button. Repeat this process for the other side.
Step 3: Install the Back Rollator Wheels
Find out the right and left leg. Match the leg marked 'C' with the rollator frame marked 'C' part. Match the leg marked 'D' with the rollator frame marked 'D' part. Attach the rear wheel frame tube onto the main frame tube part and lock the push button in place. You will hear a click. Tighten the quick release button. Repeat this process for the other side.
Step 4: Install the Adjustable Handles
Install the adjustable handle bars. Find the handle marked 'E' and match it with the rollator frame marked 'E' part. Find the handle marked 'F' and match it with the rollator frame marked 'F' part. Adjust the height according to your desired height.
Step 5: Install the Rollator Bag
Place the rollator bag on the front tiller on each side. It can keep necessary essentials at hand easily.
Step 6: Final Check
Check everything in the box before you go out.
Storage
To fold and store the Rollator Walker, simply reverse the installation steps.
Safety Precautions
- Please check the brake and wheels before each use.
- The rollator should be used on a level, dry ground. Ensure that you are accompanied by another person if possible. Practice using the rollator until you feel comfortable.
- When using the rollator, keep your hands touching the brake. This ensures you can stop the rollator immediately and effectively reduce the risk of falling.
- Avoid sudden braking, otherwise the rollator may slip, especially on wet or smooth surfaces.
- If possible, find somebody to help you go up stairs, take the elevator, and navigate other challenging situations.
- The maximum weight capacity is 300 lbs for the rollator and 11 lbs for the mesh bag.
- It is not recommended to use the rollator in bad weather (rain/storm/lighting) or on smooth/wet ground.
- Please slow down when starting to head downhill.
- Do not use the rollator on stairs or an escalator.
- Do not attempt to push the rollator while someone is sitting in the seat.
- Do not use the seat to transport people or objects.
- Do not use the seat without the backrest in place.
- Do not sit on the seat when the rollator is on an incline.
- Only use the rollator as a walking support.
- Only use the specified accessories and spare parts for this rollator.
- Loads should only be transported using the basket. Do not hang heavy items from the handles, as this may affect the stability of the rollator.
- Do not self-propel the rollator while seated. Serious injury to the user or damage to the rollator frame or wheels may result from improper use.
- Do not use the rollator to walk backwards.
- Caution must be taken when negotiating curbs and other obstacles, or when using on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Failure to do so may result in a serious risk of a fall or injury.
- Do not perform any adjustments to the rollator while it is in use.
- All wheels must be in contact with the floor at all times.
- Brakes must be in the locked position before using the seat.
- When using the rollator in a stationary position, the brakes must be locked.
Clean and Storage
The frame part can be wiped with a damp cloth or washed with a neutral cleaning agent.
The wheels can be cleaned with a damp brush with plastic bristles (DO NOT use wire brushes).
The seat back, seat, and transporting pouch can be washed with mild soap.
Do not use a high-pressure or steam cleaner.
Dry the rollator with a towel. If possible, use some machine oil on the parts of the brake (such as brake cable, screw) to avoid rusting.
Limited Warranty
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser/user of the product. The warranty does not cover commercial use (such as rental or institutional use) and is not transferable.
OasisSpace warrants that the product is free of defects in material and workmanship. When operated within the guidelines and restrictions of this manual, it will remain so free of defects for a period of One (1) Year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty does not extend to items that may require replacement due to negligence, abuse, misuse, contamination, accident, improper operation, maintenance, or storage, or any circumstances beyond the control of OasisSpace.
The warranty shall not apply to problems arising from normal wear or failure to follow instructions or maintain the product. Failure to follow the instructions and warnings can result in personal injury or product damage and will void the product warranty.
This warranty does not extend to products modified without OasisSpace's expressed written consent; any unauthorized modification will void this warranty.
This warranty does not include any labor charges incurred for the repair of the product or replacement part installation. Do not return defective products without prior written authorization. Transportation costs and shipping damage while submitting for product repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser, not OasisSpace. However, the return shipping cost to the customer will be prepaid.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. OasisSpace will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.
