Cabinet Construction
Features heavy-duty all-stainless steel construction, including corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel interior and durable 430 stainless steel exterior. The LED lighted interior saves energy by producing less heat and maximizes visibility for quick product retrieval. Foamed-in-place CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation enhances the structural integrity of the cabinet and helps increase energy efficiency. A removable one-piece grill simplifies cleaning and servicing. The dual-pane tempered glass door self-closes to save energy.
Refrigeration System
Utilizes environmentally-safe R290 refrigerant. The bottom-mounted condensing unit is positioned for easy maintenance. A "no stoop" lower shelf raises product to a higher level for easy access.
Shelving
Includes 6 gray epoxy-coated steel shelves. Each shelf accommodates up to 120 lb.
Model Features
Equipped with preprogrammed digital controls featuring an auto-defrost function. Shelf rails accommodate full-size food pans for storage flexibility. Optional bun pan rails are available to accommodate full-size bun pans. An interior back panel separates the shelf and back wall to promote proper airflow.
